I would highly recommend this property. It’s beautiful and, centrally located to ever thing

The property and location was perfect. The property decor was perfect. It needs some small additions like lamps next to the bed, chair in the bedroom, and soap dish in the shower. These are minor needs that would only make the unit more comfortable. The unit is beautiful! The owner is perfect and very responsive. I highly recommend this property!

Parking was a problem, more than we could have imagined. During the day is a challenge, nights are better once you are able to get a parking space.

honestly, I wish I was able to stay longer. The unit gave home vibes.

what I enjoy most about the property was the location. Also, the decor was very pretty in. The host was very helpful.

the location was perfect for our needs and you could tell the host put a lot of effort in to providing a complete kitche

The location was great although the neighborhood is a bit rough and the building is in need of attention. the accommodations were comfortable and had all the amenities.

if anything just the location itself and the condition of the building and probably the room freshener-it was overpowering.

It was excellent.

The apartment looks like it has been newly renovated. Clean and spacious. Quiet even though we were walking distance from restaurants and bars.

I couldn't find the sheets for the sofabed, so marking them clearly would help.

very close to where I needed to be for work

the beautiful black friendly lesbians next door

parking was in a church owed lot and I was told not to park there by the church staff. I parked there anyway. the neighbors had a house party til 2 am on Wednesday. freezer was dirty on arrival. marble slick floor in bathroom when wet became a hazard

Great host, comfortable stay, room for some improvements

The host (Blanca) was exceptional. Her communication, responsiveness, and friendliness was top notch. A 10/10. The location was great and the amenities were just what I needed. Though, I didn't use the kitchen while I was there.

Unfortunately, the unit was not as clean as it needed to be. The floors needed better attention to detail throughout the unit. If I were the owner I would have a chat with the cleaning service regarding this. Also, as shown in the pictures, the decor is a little bit on the cold side. There is glassware everywhere (in the artwork, the tables, the coasters, the bathroom sink soap trays, etc.) and this was a bit too much for personal tastes.

Fantastic cosy and convenient little house.

The system to check in and out was very simple and elegant. The proprietoress was polite and kind. The house is very well fitted-out with many elegant amenities, such as coffee machines, cooking and washing facilities, and a luxurious fridge.

The bedroom lighting circuit was flickery. The shower could use a shelf.

Felt Like Home!!

EVERYTHING!! Clean, beautiful inside with updated & upgraded materials. Great location. Felt like home and being able to chat/text with owner who has made me feel very comfortable and welcome has been Awesome!!

Amazing comfortable stay for 4 people

The place is loaded with basically everything you need for a nice, comfortable and convenient stay. I love the big mirrors in the living and bedroom. Place was sparkling clean. The kitchen is amazing, big sink, very convenient to have all the appliances and save some money bringing our own food. The location was really the best for us. We stayed there for Day Trip festival hosted at The Queen Mary and we were pleased to walk back every night for only about 36min, beating 2hrs of shuttle lines. It was located almost in front of the shuttle stop, very convenient for us on the way in the festival. Definitely recommend this place, I can't wait to have a reason to come back.

Parking is very limited, we struggled for about 30 min to find a good spot that we could park for the whole weekend, even though host sent all the good tips for us, I think for next time i'd try to plan better, or leave the car at home if it's a busy weekend. It was a hot day and we couldn't quite figure out how to set a cold shower. I'd recommend to place a comforter on top of the sofa bed mattress if you want comfort, place has many extra blankets in the closet.

Exceptional

The location and price were great. Plus she did a remodel very recently so everything feels brand new

The outside of the building is a bit ugly but don’t let that worry you. Inside its better than a hotel.
