Superb
The apartment was confortable and located in a quiet area. There were shops really close and the apartment had easy acces to public transportation. The host was really nice and helped us a lot. Deapite the hot weather, inside the apartament the temperature was perfect
We had some problems with the wi-fi connection, but the host was available to helps us. The area where the apartament is located, Casa Port, even though is relatively close to main atractions, is not the best part of town for turists. However, we had no problems and we felt safe at all times

I have been put in the best hands possible.
The host, Saad was incredibly helplful, waiting for my two hours late flight from Paris in order to hand over the keys until 1am. He also showed me where to buy some clothes, since my entire luggage got lost on the flight. In addition, he helped me find a doctor in order to get a prescription for some medications that had been lost, too. Since not all of my medication were available in Morocco, I needed to go to a hospital for an additional check-up to ensure there were no side effects from the generics and Saad helped me with all of this and even gave a quick tour of the city on my last evening in Casablanca. Overall, he was the best thing that could have happened to me during this unfortunate trip.
I did not get the chance to see Casablanca or Marrakesch as planned, because I spent basically the entire week in hospital, but that is nobody's fault (but maybe my own). My luggage is not located yet and I have my doubts it ever will be again. Being back home now, I will have to plan a second trip, but I have felt welcome everywhere in Morocco, so that's not really something to complain about :-)

Very good
Friendly staff, give you good tips for parking, and helpful for any requests. Some good restaurants and supermarkets around the location.
The inside of kitchen furniture could be a bit cleaner and all the cupboards could be renewed. Small issue with washing machine (see tips).

very comfortable appartment located well, the owner is very nice and easy to deal with. This appartment is well equipied and very clean thanks to the cleaning women.
