Everything is new It is completely equipped, spotless , with all cooking utensils, linens and towels being top quality brands. Bedrooms: Beautifully and newly furnished, this open floor plan home is tastefully designed with a Master Bedroom hosting a king-sized bed with all new bedding and bathroom en suite. The second master bedroom has a king sized bed, and the third bedroom has 2 new full sized beds. All bedrooms have new flat panel HDTVs. This impressive Condo sleeps a total of 8 guests in beds and offers a sofa at the Den area. Covered Lanai. Living, Dining: The Huge and Relaxing living area is all new as well. It boasts a 2 piece modern sectional sofa, a 60 inch smart HDTV, Free wireless internet in all rooms. There is a beautiful and tastefully appointed Dining Room table and chairs to seat 8 plus 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar. Kitchen: Don't feel like going out, no problem. Entertaining and cooking is a pleasure in this fully and newly furnished modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. With the open kitchen, the cook never misses out on any of the conversations and is able to share private time together with Friends and Family. Other Condo amenities include: washer, dryer, towels, linens, coffee maker, fully stocked kitchen and all gourmet utensils to prepare a great meal, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and much more. The community is located on Beautiful Lake Cay, next to the Convention Center and only a short distance from Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, SeaWorld Adventure Park and the newest park, Aquatica. Vista Cay at is located just off Universal Boulevard and is at the center of some of Orlando’s greatest experiences. Vista Cay is ideal for the family wanting to be close to all the Excitement of International Drive and the Attractions, couples getting away for a while or for the Business Traveler in town for a meeting or attending the Orlando Convention Center. Lovely place and perfect location

The condo turned out to be perfect for our family. It had a master away from the other 2 bedrooms occupied by our adult kids and grandchildren. Plenty of room and amenities very nice. Central location for our trip which didn’t involve Disney. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Only a few small relatively unimportant issues— very stingy on early check in, patio furniture not comfortable, kitchen sink hot water took effort to find, no luggage trolleys. But really enjoyed the space.

We loved our stay! Monica our host is an incredible communicator. The rental was clean, quiet, and we all enjoyed the pool! The kitchen was perfect for us! 15 minutes to the airport and less for many parks.

The condo was much bigger than it looks online. It is an end unit on the top floor. Super clean and a short drive to Universal and Disney. Would definitely rent again.

This place was absolutely stunning. inside the rooms were equivilent to 3 hotel rooms plus a full living area, dining area, kitchen. And for those who hate doing laundry when getting home after a long trip, there is a laundry machine on site.

I have stayed in hundreds if not over 1000 hotels/resorts/etc... This is the nicest room i have been in.

Monica the property manager was very helpful and friendly and got back to every email i left here within minutes.

Service was absolutely stunning.

Room was absolutely stunning.

I am coming back with my family in March. This place is my new Florida home.

We try to make sure to stay in Orlando vacation suites every year when we go to the PGA show. All of their units are well-maintained and well furnished. This one in particular has nice placement, is very quiet and has everything we needed. The only thing I can mention is the washer need to be fixed. Thanks a bunch!
