Friendly owner but unpleasant apartment

The owner was very friendly and helpful

The place is falling apart, old and wasn't clean. Location is not good: one side is a car dealers full of damage tires, other side is an abandoned building, the apartment located in first floor, the stairs is tricky and tiny

the name has no identity in the reality and you must call to get real directions to confirm they are real. they answered immediately and stood outside waiting for us … total Dominicano and I appreciate the late night check in at 11pm … but she still stood outside to guide us! 100% perfect
