This is an appartment in an appartment building being sub let for tourists. Your neighbours are living here long term and there is a few other tourists with other sun letting companies- so no signage , no desk or on site person. They have office very close but can’t just walk there as it’s in another apartment in another building. So ensure you are wanting a appartment complex not hotel. The views are flawless spectacular giant windows with perfect view of the little cove beach. You can sit there right on the large bed watching the world below. We got a room that was 3 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms and this was perfect for us. The kitchen was well set up and had rice cooker and bowls and plates. There is convenient stores under each block and they are reasonable prices. Night market is just a stroll away and big stores for shopping is 80000 in grab. The taxis down stairs are spectacular! No rip offs jo need to bargain same prices as grab taxi estimates and they use meters without hassles or fuss. We used a variety of transport and just showed the Buisness card of the person who checked us in to find the place again. The area looks a very convenient

We didn’t have a map or drawing of the area so didn’t find the pool or other bits - we wandered around a few days without realising there is a spectacular group of food restaurants just behind the three main buildings. We really enjoyed the others we tasted but went to a couple a few times because we didn’t realise how many were right behind us. Explore the area to make the most of it. The neighbours and general area- are brilliant quiet and safe. There was a mix of cultures visiting and we were offered menus in Vietnamese, English, Russian . Which is very kind and thoughtful! All menus in area are pictured and very easy to order with staff. While I didn’t learn vietnames, google translate was availiable should I need to ask for something.

The swimming pool was closed we booked this apartment especially for this and the buyer didn't wanted to give us a discount. Also the sheets and the towels were very stainned so it feels dirty. Bathroom room was broken.

Good location - very clean sea near the building. You can see fish and corals in the water right here. Good for snorkeling. The staff is very supportive, quickly react on all questions. The owner even helped us and send us our documents, which we forgot in the apartment 😆👍👍

Good communication by host. Close to beach and food.

It is a little overpriced compared to other accommodations in Vietnam. For the price, tea and coffee would be nice. A good working TV and unstained and more comfortable lounge chair. We needed to wipe over a lot of the furniture because it wasn't clean enough. Good enough for one night but not longer.

View is very good and locality

light bulb broken, I called but one comes by to fix it. Linens weren’t cleaned.

Easy go to beach just cross over the street. Coffee shops and mini market around easy to get what you want.
