The Cleaner open door without knocking says "cleaner",you already in room but cleaner already keys just open lock without greeting.. Not to safe for your items.. Alert that cleaner women

Very near to the bandaraya melaka. Easy to check in, the management is easy to reach, good communication with the guest. Other facilities like parking, iron board, oven are very excellent.

The toilet is clean, but the toilet bowl is quite smelly, and the sink is a little bit leaking.

würde hier definitiv nicht nochmal übernachten weil das Personal/ Eigentümer nicht wirklich professionell sind -Haben kein Wechselgeld -Hat uns min. 30-45 min warten lassen und dann hat er uns erst ignoriert - hatten gesagt wir fahren früh morgens los gegen 9 Uhr Handy von der Person war einfach aus und man konnte niemanden erreichen - haben mir zwar mein Geld (Kaution) zurück überwiesen aber zu wenig -WIFI sehr schlecht

The bathtub and location

I do NOT recommend staying at this place, company “vnv Melaka” is untrustworthy. I stayed at Unit B-21-32, the bed apparently had a lot of bed bugs and super unclean. I only realised this after waking up with bed bug bites all over my body. I arrived before 12am and was so tired, just wanted to sleep, did not even notice the bed was full of bedbugs. How unlucky for me to have chosen to stay at a place like this. I REGRET choosing this place!!! Horrendous stay, how can you not clean the bed before customers come and stay?? One of the power plugs malfunctioned too and it was dangerous to use. Please also do not use their clothes iron, it is unclean and stained my white work shirt. Dirty bed, seriously, I do NOT recommend!!!

very comfortable, spacious, good facilities including kitchen and dining area, good value for money, lovely balcony with view, very nice modern decoration and furniture.

I would rather have paid through booking.com than PayPal as it seemed a bit dodgy. TV does not work. ceiling fan doesn’t work (although AC does after playing around with it). No safe to put belongings in. Walls are very thin so can be noisy during the night. We weren’t allowed to use the swimming pool for the length of our 3 day stay as security told us no every time (I’m not sure why)
