location was great. apartment is clean and spacious.. instructions to collect key was easy and clear. the bed is very comfortable too..

wifi & tv was not working the first few hours. have to rectify on our own. end up we didnt even on the tv as theres nothing to watch...we just use our own tablets. electric kettle was not working. short circuit when use..quite bothersome as unble to boil water to make milk for my child. have to buy bottle water and microwave it..

The location is great, high level, just next to KSL with lots of eateries around. The apartment is brightly lit with natural lights, clean and comfortable. Contains all necessary utensils. Comes with a smart TV. The owner also changed the air-conditioner which works well. Check-in was fuss-free and quick.

No shower curtain so the floor gets wet but there's an anti-slip mat. The base of one of the single bed was faulty and had informed the owner abt it. Hopefully that will be changed in my next visit.

Basically nothing that i like, only the location is at KSL.

Everything about this apartment. Very disappointed. Bed too soft, house not clean. Everything dont have.

Cannot get into the apartment for the first time because has no access. Called host, no one answer. No shower curtain.

Big and spacious room. A few steps away fr KSL shopping mall. Behind it a lot of coffeeshops, traditional grocery stores, restaurants. Good security where you tap yr card it will bring you to the level where you stay

No reception area. Deal with all requests via sms. Quilt has stains, corridor smells as there's no ventilation. Each pax given one pillow only. No extra pillow even upon request. Lift takes a long time to arrive.

Worst lift service, cleanliness of the room, roaches found climbing on the walls & cooktop and common area is not clean. Very dangerous to use lift as it shuts after quite some time even holding onto the lift button to keep it open fails. Waiting time to get the lift is minimum 30 minutes which needs attention.

The shower gel container in the master bathroom is spoil. Cannot press out the gel and had to open cap to use hand to scoop .. which is very unhygienic if all the guests do that .. contamination..

Have to wait for the lift for very long. It have a awkward smell on the whole level. TV could be bigger 😅

Alr my 3rd stay in the same unit. My elderly parents love it. Unit was brightly lit, on high level and clean. Everything works well (WiFi is strong, Smart TV works well, Fridge, Water Boiler and Microwave works well) Bathroom is also great, I think there's an addition of a floor mat at the bathtub so makes the bathroom less slippery.

The blanket on one of the bed seems to have a little patch ripped off. But it didn't affect the comfort of the bed.

No bottled water. Toilets ceilings leaking. No Toiletries. Room side table leg broken.

I liked the location. It was really easy to come down to KSL and get beauty supplies and whatnot. Adjacent areas were also filled with food so there were no concerns about what to eat. The room was also sufficiently big for the four of us and room owner provided us with towels so that was a big plus!

FIRSTLY, there was no way of opening the glass door to access the mailbox area unless we waited for other guests. So eventually me and my friend had to sneak in with another guest just so we could open the glass door for me to access the keycards and everything. SECONDLY wow the carpark sucks. Did not like how narrow and confusing it was to park near the recommended parking lot but eventually, we parked elsewhere. THIRDLY, while it was great to get a high floor, the morning wait for the lift was atrocious. With so little lifts servicing a high level residence, be prepared to wait close to 15 min for the lift and you won't even be guaranteed with space once the lift comes because so many people are exiting at 10am onwards so ya, maybe go out earlier or in the afternoon to avoid this issue. oh and lastly, some random stranger decided to knock our door repeatedly (past midnight) and scared us for a bit so like, just be careful while you're there.

Dirty, things are spoilt; side tile dropped off, window lock spoilt. Bath tub very dirty. Unsafe for children, Not advisable for young children

The waiting time for lifts. Previously I have stayed here a few times and we have asked to check at at 12:30pm as sometimes we have more people staying in the apartment and this need a slightly longer time to pack and get ready, however now there is an extra charge if you check out later than 12noon.

Was assigned the same unit that stayed before where a Complaint about the show water not working properly but it was ignored. When was assigned the same units, asked about the past issues and told was the fix but were not and ignored my request. Will attach the picture

There are too many cockroaches in the room, if it is cleaned up, it will come again next time
