Passable

The kitchen appliances were updated.

The washer/dryer was in the middle of the hallway for repairs, when we arrived. The wi-fi quit working mid-trip. Most TV channels would have to be "upgraded" to watch.

We were unlucky

Apartment is nice with all the amenities. Parking lot is available in front of the door. Location is nice. Beach is beautiful.

Property didn’t respond on messages via the Booking.com page. Payment instructions didn’t get send although the payment was supposed to be handled by the property. Got greeted with a note on the door to be in violation of not having reported in with the office. Note also on the car although there was no chance of reporting in at the office as it was closed. If you call you first get an operator. If you tell the office you get send on to Maui Rental. Long rental agreement that needs to be signed electronically up ahead. It feels a bit as if you were seen as a criminal. Never had to sign stuff like that. Bed rather uncomfortable and no window in the bed room so even with the fan it gets sticky.

Great views, great location and enjoyed it so much

Great location

So much to like, the only thing I can think of is that the bedroom didn’t cool down like the rest of the place. This is a very minor detail though.

Always enjoy Maui and the weather. Accommodations were fine.

Was a great location. Was not at c603 was c513. The view was great updated facilities. Need to improve flooring as I noted to manager.

Flooring . Had plank flooring puck up so had to be aware not to trip. Needs attention. Manager very spot on.

well equipped condo

Lovely condo, super easy check in, completely equipped with everything you might need. The location is great and there’s loads to do in walking distance

The checkout time is rather early, 10am is a bit brutal if you get a 4pm check in. Aside from that, all good

Would definitely come back again if they get a better pullout sofa mattress. Loved this place!

The location was great. Can walk across the street to the beach. Restaurants, stores all in walking distance. Loved sitting out in the patio with the beautiful ocean view eating breakfast or dinner.

The pullout couch mattress was so bad that you could feel the springs. We requested help and they sent a nice foam mattress topper that the teenage girls could put on and it made a world of difference. Thank you!!wou

Convenient location and comfortable condo with almost everything you may need. for a great stay.

Great location in Kihei. Walking distance from beach, small shops, and great food. Condo grounds are also very clean and surrounded with lush, diverse vegetation. Having a full kitchen as well as laundry appliances is exceptionally convenient. Balcony provides nice outdoor seating. Elevators make being on the 6th floor a very easy. Having a pool is a nice option but personally did not use it considering the beach was so close.

I did not like that the air conditioner, although it cooled the living room and kitchen very well, did not help in cooling the bedroom. The bedroom also has glass shutter windows above the closet which allowed for some noise from outside to travel but being on the 6th floor helped in that case.
