A clean condo furnished with the daily amenities you'd expect to live for a week or so in the condo.

Kitchen had a Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker, plenty of filters in the cabinet. Pots and pans were sufficient for needs. Could see the sunset from the balcony. Balcony is always sunny so it could get warm. Didn't need the heater or A/C as the weather was great. Shower is a decent size and tiled nicely. Good water pressure. Neighbors were queit so that was a plus. Elevator was fast, we didn't have to wait much at all.

Noise from being right next to the elevator. Bedroom windows were next to the outside walkway and elevator so you heard whomever was out there.. It was windy the first couple of days so that was a constant noise in the bedroom. Decor seemed dated. The TV was about the size of my computer monitor. I think it was close to 27". There's only the one TV in the living room.

It was great. The place was perfect, I wish I had more time to enjoy the condo.

The location was great! Close to the beach and plenty of food spots..

I wish there was an air conditioning unit in the bedroom but I could have slept in the living room if I really wanted to!

The perfect place to spend your vacation!

The location was perfect. Perfect equipment (umbrellas, boogie boards, sunbeds). The surroundings, especially the view of the garden and the ocean - wonderful.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Nice apartment near the beach ideal for couples and small families

Nice apartment, we had nothing to complain. It’s very close to a nice beach and there’s also a pool and restaurants nearby.

Washing machine and dryer are quite old, but they work so this is not really a complaint.

location and the view was amazing. also the tranquil setting of horticultural accents made it simply beautiful!

Great for one adult couple

Great location across the street from the beach. Well managed, very clean and safe. C308 had a fully equipped kitchen, and we appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, bogey board etc!

Sleep sofa in C308 is very uncomfortable! Urgently needs a mattress topper, so you don’t sleep on the metal springs. Balcony furniture is mismatched, would be nice to have a table to match the two high top chairs so you can eat comfortably outside.

Excellent location. It was great that they had beach chairs umbrellas boogie boards etc.

We saw a couple of bugs in the house which is probably not unreasonable since it is a. “Jungle “ environment.

Nice location. Clean house. Alocated parking space. House was perfectly furnished and had everything for cooking.

Clean, close to the beach and well equipped!

Everything was as advertised. Apartment was super clean and right across the street from a little nice beach. Shops and restaurants were close. The apartment had everything you needed. Lots of towels, beach seats and so on. Parking is included and very close to the apartment. It was perfect for a couple. Would rent it again
