The location couldn't be better if you want to be in the old city. The hostess was available with everything we needed. The price was an excellent value. Everything was very clean. The kitchenette was perfect.

I can't say I personally didn't like anything about the place. If you are the type of person that likes fancy resorts this may not be the place for you but if you want to stay in nice place with character in a great location stay here.

We loved everything about this beautiful space and the host is extremely accommodating and kind. Great location, comfy beds, the best toiletries ever, everything one could need was there: map coffee /tea, cookies oranges, laundry service, sewing kit and the list goes on. The host was very responsive from booking time to our departure. If you can stay here we don't think you'll be disappointed.

Excellent location. Really helpful host. Great to be able to get washing done. Clear, quirky apartment. Lots of useful information in the room.

Smaller than it appeared, which was problematic when needing to use the sofa bed (leaving only uncomfortable chairs and a tiny table). Very poor kitchen facilities - the hob felt dangerous to use, but was vital when travelling with a child.

The "manager" Margit is an INCREDIBLE person. She is always there when needed and goes way beyond any possibilities whatsoever. If you want a "security blanket" being in another country, Margit is IT!!! I cannot say enough about her. When she is around, you KNOW all is in order. AMAZING!!

If you book during the Jewish holidays (Passover and the Jewish new year which lasts one month), be prepared for transportation delays.

Margrit the host is the best. She is friendly and helpful. The apartment is wonderful, clean and right in the middle of Jerusalem’s Jewish quarter in the Old City. This was the second time we stayed with Legatia and certainly not the last.

The apartment is in a really great location. The bathroom is large, stylish, and practical at the same time. There is a small private outdoor area where you can hang out.

You can hear the neighbors, as is the nature of Old City residential neighborhoods. This can be good or bad, depending on your taste. To me, it was colorful, and they were quiet later in the evening.

The location was excellent. The host (Margit) was very responsive and very nice.

Wifi not working during the entire stay. 50 shekels were deducted by the host from the final payment - for us to ‘go to the mall and buy a SIM card’. It was already our second day and we had no time to go there. Not having wifi really impacted the plan of our trip. We could not even contact the host - we needed an extra towel and we could not get it until we connected to a wifi in a cafeteria. The problem existed prior to our arrival - the SIM card could have been provided on day one at the apartment.

We chose Legatia based on customer reviews. It's true. We have lived for 2 weeks with pleasure. It is an ideal studio for 2 people or more. It is located in Old City and close to all the famous places of Jerusalem. We walk to these places and markets. We can cook our own meal. At night it is very quiet. We slept well. The housewife is nice. If we need anything, she delivers right away. In 3 or 5 years we will definitely come back to this studio.

Right next to the Hurva Synagogue. Easy to find and a short walk to the Kotel
