This is a great apartment! The staff was super nice, Jennifer was waiting for us the minute we got there from the airport, she gave us a good tour of the place and explained the details of everything. Location was fabulous, just steps away from the Hollywood Walk of Fame, less than 20 min away from Universal Studios, Griffith Park, Korean Town, Beverly Hills… and many places more! I think definitely what makes this apartment great is the location. Wifi worked good, TV has Netflix access.

Overall it was a pretty good experience. I would suggest for the owners to get comfortable pillows for the bed because the ones there were big, hard as a rock and had a weird texture. Also, if you like to sleep in a dark cave like I do, know that they just have blinds that aren’t that dark, so I would also suggest to get blackout curtains to improve the customer experience. Towels were a little old as well. The elevator broke the night we got there after we had already checked in, but the apartment is located just on the second floor so it was super easy to get to it using the stairs. The building has tons of other apartments and long hallways, they aren’t that clean and have a bad smell but that doesn’t interfere with the apartment. As far as the location, I would say if it’s the first time visiting LA it’s perfect! However, the Hollywood area is something! Super dirty, smells disgusting, lots of funny people on the street and sadly homeless. If this is not your fist time visiting LA, I would recommend to stay in a different neighborhood.

Die ursprüngliche Adresse war falsch. Nach 12 Stunden Flug haben wir lange nach der Adresse gesucht und mussten wir in einem Hotel übernachten. Dann kam eine Email mit der richtigen Adresse aber war die beschriebene Box nicht zu öffnen. Nach der Beschwerde wurde uns eine andere Box genannt und konnten wir in die Wohnung betreten. Heizung war auch kaputt und müssten wir uns mit einem kleinen Elektro-Heizung begnügen. Kurz „nicht zu empfehlen“

The location was alright, although it's not where it advertises itself as being.

- Location of the property is incorrect. It's about a 10 minute walk from where it says it is on the listing, and in a much worse location - Apartment does not look as advertised - images are heavily edited or of a different apartment. It's very dark and depressing even in the middle of the day - Apartment was not clean, very tired and smelled bad - Bunch of stuff broken (blinds, lamps, crack in the bath etc) - Apartment complex feels unsafe - They make you send a deposit via PayPal - Communication with staff is terrible. Slow, inconsistent and don't provide you key information such as Wifi Password

The lounge and kitchen were as expected and comfortable. Videos outlining how to get in was invaluable and easy to follow. Location in building was quiet and safe.

The address on the Booking.com advert was different to the one supplied and was a few blocks further away than expected. The address should be changed on the Booking.com advert. The beds were very uncomfortable and when we looked under the bed the frame had been broken and replaced with some plywood that was in two parts making the mattress uncomfortable and had a dip in it. My husband and i kept rolling into the middle of the bed which wasn't great. The toilet came with a toilet plunger beside the toilet which is never an ideal way to view a bathroom. We had to unblock on 2 occasions. Easy enough to do but was off putting that this was obviously something that happens regularly which doesn't meet the "Luxury" in the title. It was a clean budget stay. I believe the use of "Luxury" in the title is wildly inaccurate. The address in the advert should be updated to reflect the actual location.

Advertisement was not close to reality.

Location to the Walk of Fame street, shops is great. The appartment layout is good. Beds are a bit narrow though. Parking in the garage and getting to the appartment.

Communication with the host was difficult (no return call, only whatsup message). This could be shared upfront. Appartment could have been better cleaned (balcony perticularly). Some of the furniture needs fixing ( e.g matress strings next to the window were in bed shape - broken?)

My card got hacked after using pay pal. Had a very bad feeling and should have listened to my gut. I am still waiting for my $100 deposit to come back to me! It's been over a week now!
