Overall a great place to stay if you can live without a view from the upstairs rooms

The property was great in terms of price (with hotels being so expensive. It’s a short Uber drive to downtown and it’s in a quiet neighbourhood. It provides an ideal base to explore Nashville.

The two upstairs rooms don’t have a window.

We'd definitely recommend Mason St Lofts to our friends and stay again should we visit Nashville.

Location was safe and secure. Less than a $10 Uber ride to Broadway. We enjoyed the living room and kitchen to lounge before going out into the city for the day. It was much better than a hotel room. Secure parking was great since we drove.

The apartment needs a good deep cleaning. The baseboards, ceiling fan and windows are all very dusty. We also went to Target and bought our own toilet paper, paper toweling and dish soap as the ones provided are cheap.

I will say that I never saw a person but, all that I needed was provided and someone did reach out to me to make sure I understood how the codes worked and immediately after I arrived too to make sure all was well.

Very good

Location was great! Close to the highway so it was easy to travel to any of the venues we visited. Friendly staff, clean rooms, very comfortable. The host provided everything we needed for our stay, very thoughtful.

Our parking spot was really tight for unit 205 (was between 2 concrete poles, so difficult to open doors). I thought the cleaning fee was high considering we ran dishwasher, stripped beds/bathroom & took out garbage when we left.

Relaxing, nice property in a nice area.

The property was awesome. We really enjoyed it.

The only thing that we had a time working with is the WiFi. It wasnt strong enough it kept buffering. That was our only compliant.

The shower stands out as one of the best. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was stocked with everything we needed.

The air conditioner was hard to control and there were no directions for using it properly..I never did get the best way to use it.

Great place, needs love.

Location was great-easy to downtown. Quiet neighborhood. Amount of space in the unit was wonderful. Bathrooms, parking, and AC were great.

Furniture in living area was very sparse (one couch and one metal chair-neither comfortable). Beds were very hard-no support-used a mattress topper we had brought along. Everything in unit was what you might expect from a rental property if your goal was to furnish at the least possible cost.

Highly recommend this condo!

The location was perfect for us. Within walking distance to Maggiano’s restaurant and a short drive to every place that we toured. The condo was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities we needed.

The only thing that could have been better was the reception on the television. Wi-Fi kept going out. But that wasn’t a big deal for us. While in the condo we occupied our time playing cards.

Loved the size of this modern, well-maintained unit, with 2 large bedrooms and attached baths.

Loved having 2 large bedrooms with attached full size bathrooms, comfortable living room and fully equipped kitchen, well-designed floor plan. Secure parking and access were a plus. Everything was in excellent condition, well-maintained.

The communication process was confusing--going through the Booking.com portal instead of direct emails, yet receiving text messages from multiple phone numbers so didn't know how to contact host when needed. Had a master bath sink and the garbage disposal both clogged which were resolved after finally contacting the correct person. Would be nice to have Kleenex and an extra roll of TP provided. Could hear other unit occupants occasionally from floor above and especially at 3am in the hallways! Be aware early or late check out requests require $50 fee.

Location was great for easy routes to local kid activities. Easy access to garage, building, and unit with codes.

Other tenants above us not following noise policy nor quiet hours caused for disruptions that I would not expect. Assistant property manager addressed it but it still did not fix what had happened. It's unfortunate and a risk any time you rent in a building.

Great place to stay in Nashville

Very comfortable and clean. Easy to get to. Good location. Secure free parking. Host was very nice

Upstairs was pretty loud between 2 and 330 am one night. Some hooks in the bathroom would be nice. My girlfriend felt uncomfortable with all the lights off in the lobby late at night as she came in from the bright parking lot. It was like that all three nights

Wonderful on the West side!

We were greeted by friendly staff and escorted to our spacious loft. Everything we needed was there. Clean and inviting was my impression when I walked in. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended.

The weather was cold and the floors are tile throughout which made the floors extremely cold. We could have used a pair of slippers.

perfect visit to Nashville!

loved it had every amenity from a blender to a toaster! i have never stay in a place that was completely stocked with plenty of utensils, cooking supplies, plates, cups etc. makeup hand towels, extra trash bags! tons of extra pillows. just perfect!
