Miramar is a perfect place for a family who might not want to go out to eat for every meal. We had a full kitchen which was extremely clean. Our room was more like an apartment, than a hotel. The pool was refreshing. The property manager and staff were more than willing to help with anything and went above and beyond by upgrading our group to the very best rooms. The restaurant next door was great for dinner and just a short walk was Da Tatch, which was an amazing breakfast with a wonderful view. We were very close to a grocery store as well. I highly recommend this place.

I liked the clean rooms, spacious, good tv, right in the heart of placencia, family friendly, walking distances to sites of interest. Friendly staff. Great stay!!!
Actually I enjoyed everything, very busy days, probably a little bit of slow down from my side in my next vacation. For the property everything was really good.

We loved our stay here! Elsa and her crew were so attentive and kind. The rooms were spotless clean and kept the pests out. We had a sea view room and the balcony overlooking the ocean was perfect. The beach area is well kept and set up. Borrowing a tandem sea kayak and exploring the deep blue was a highlight of our time! After a long afternoon on the water, we were greeted with fresh coconuts! The pool is a perfect relaxation spot too. (Highly recommend pairing that with a massage that Elsa can recommend!). And best of all - the location couldn’t be beat. Thank you! We can’t wait to return

Great location, incredibly friendly and helpful people, Ms. Isla, Ms. Bula and Mr. Elbert were all absolutely fantastic and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We had a garden apartment and it was perfect size and configuration for our active family of 4.

The office staff was extremely accommodating. Provided extras without asking. The property is close to the beach and restaurants. The apartment size adequately met our needs.

No breakfast as kitchen equipped suite. Location was perfect for our needs. Suite directly overlooked Ocean.

We ended up being late to check in. The manager waited to leave until we arrived. We had an injury and the staff was so helpful. They phoned the local Dr. (who was wonderful) and located a pair of crutches. They checked on us daily for any needs and responded immediately to request. I highly recommend this place.
It is walking distance to a variety of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, two coffee shops and tour guides. The people could not have been better!

Everyone at Miramar was so nice and friendly, and the gardens were beautiful. The apartment had everything our family needed for a perfect relaxing vacation. I especially enjoyed having my morning coffee on the balcony and the closeness to the beach.

great pool, location, and beach
Our view was blocked by a 5 story hotel that’s been built in the past few years. rather than having a view of the ocean, you get a view of people from another hotel drinking coffee on their pajamas. we were there 4 nights and were not brought fresh towels, bed weren’t made, trash wasn’t removed.

Such a great experience from start to finish. Staff is amazing (shout out to Quincy who brought us fresh coconut water and flowers when we arrived), beds are CRAZY comfy. View is stellar. And the location is perfect!

The entire resort and staff were wonderful. The place was beautiful with a great location on the beach and to town and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay great.

We had a Seaview room which provided us with a stunning view of the beach and ocean. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The place and grounds are spotless. The location is perfect walking distance to just about everywhere. Highly recommend.

The Miramar is a nice place. It's clean and comfortable. The staff are fabulous. Really helpful, welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend it.
