Magical place but...

The place over all is really great,i mean the whole pico de loro..

The facilities need upgrading..for example the elevator of the condo,it doesnt function smoothly.

Incomplete info. Additional charges upon registration was not provided. No water for the dispenser. Basics such as tissues were not also provided.Weak internet connectivity

Caretaker and room contact person are accommodating. Room is very clean and tidy, nice and user-friendly equipments, aircon and water heater functions well. Courteous property staff (receptionist, caretaker, security guards and support personnel/staff).

There is no clothesline to dry the wet clothes. Hanging wet clothes in the balcony is not allowed.
