It was clean, tidy, spacious; and modern vibe. We booked in Delta as the cost in Vancouver is nuts. The hosts were responsive, polite, just wonderful! Highly recommended.

The host was super attentive. our two bedroom unit was immaculate, quiet, attractively decorated and well stocked with towels, kitchen ware and the basics for cooking, such as olive oil, balsamic vinegar and spices. The host’s personalized welcome note and gift basket of treats and bottled waters was most appreciated. The super clean and sparkling walk-in shower and the washer and dryer were a definite bonus. All appliances were like new.

We have zero complaints about this property.🤗

Very welcoming, exceptional service was provided. The house was cleaned and had everything you could possibly need. The washroom was clean and it had good quality soap, shampoo and etc… Safe parking was also provided.

Clean, thoughful and comfortable!

There's no doubt this place lives up to its high ratings. When we entered the apartment, we were stunned by how immaculately clean it was. It looked like a model home and came with a hand written letter, tons of complimentary snacks, drinks, coffee machine/pods, condiments and laundry pods. Beds were very comfy and wifi was fast. The property is a recent new construction in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The host was very personable and made sure we had everything we needed. I was worried about my two young kids breaking stuff, but he didn't mind them. My wife said this was by far the best accommodation we had on our month-long road trip. Thank you Gaurang and Shruti for making our family's visit to Vancouver so memorable.

The home was lovely. The only thing I would differently was have ground coffee available and cream and milk in the fridge. Otherwise...perfect.

We arrived in the dark so was difficult to see the house number, if it is possible to light it up somehow it would be great but this did not detract from it being a great property

The location was excellent. I really liked the effort they went to to make it cozy and welcoming. Great snacks and coffee/tea bar. this is a brand new home.

It was a bit warm in there and the thermostat wasn't able to be reset. They did however provide a really good tower fan.

Basically everything was very good, so I don't have nothing to complain, but it is worth to mention that the apartment is a basement apartment, but this didn't bother us.

This property exceeded my expectations. All the communication from the hosts was prompt and very welcoming. The property itself is bright and airy with a small covered patio. There were some very nice personalized touches such as a hand written card for both our stays there. There was also complimentary water, snacks and sweets as well as being well stocked with coffee and kitchen basics. It is also great to have a proper coffee machine with pods supplied and also a coffee plunger. It is in a very convenient location if you wish to travel to Vancouver Island or Vancouver Airport and definitely costs a lot less than a hotel room, so great value for money. Cannot recommend it enough.

A very convenient location, modern, quiet and comfortable.

The Modern and Luxurious Apartment is located in such a beautiful home in such a lovely neighbourhood. Everything was beyond clean and the apartment had everything and more than most private bookings, included was a washer and dryer. I was so relaxed and comfortable during a very stressful personal time for me. Gaurang and Shruti were the most professional and the kindest hosts. They checked in with me several times to make sure everything was okay and when I did ask for something, they graciously provided. I enjoyed it so much that I have booked my next visit there and hope to always be able to stay at the Modern and Luxurious Apartment.

My only suggestion would be to provide a composting bin, but I am not sure of the rules about this these days or if composting is available in this area. I forgot to ask the host.
