Not the best experience!!

As a last resort you can book this place. Everything is through mails so you don't need to meet any staff. However it does get confusing as the hotel name is different and finding the parking is a little challenging if you Google map it.

The cleaning staff was very rude. My wife offered the lady to come in and start cleaning while she waited for me to come pick up, but the lady refused, called the hotel and said that we are not checking out. Then she comes back and bangs the door super hard scaring my baby who fell on the tiles in the kitchen hurting herself. Very poor experience even after offering to keep the bags outside to allow her to clean they charged us 50 bucks and have the audacity to say we caused problems for their cleaners.

The unit has everything that we needed during our stay. The location is easy to find. It is close to a church. The unit is clean and has pretty much new furniture

Basically NONE. For future consideration only is to have a rail in the shower to hold onto by an elderly.

if you need a cheap place to stay for a night then this property is okay, however, if you are planning on a weekend long

it was writhing walking distance to downtown Canmore

the beds were not comfortable and very squeaky. the sheets!, blankets and pillows were dirty. The shower in the master bedroom was short and only had half of it covered meaning no curtain or door just half glass so most of the water ended up on the floor. The TV was outdated it had no Netflix, there was a DVD player but no DVDs to watch. The property was loud and there was children running around the halls screaming most of the time. The pool and hot tub area was not the cleanest.. I would not stay here for a weekend trip only if I desperately needed a one night stay.

It’s good, but not great

Good for the value. The restaurant at the facility was good.

It’s close to the highway. Noise kept us up at night. Don’t book if if you are sensitive to noise.

The place is open and spacious, it’s clean and well equipped. This is my go to resort for Canmore stays but I haven’t stayed with anyone but the resort and this was better by far!

One pull out in the living room was smaller than expected
