The location of these apartments is brilliant. Walking distance to the V&A Waterfront and overlooking a canal that goes round to the marina. There are several pools and underground parking.

We have stayed at these apartments before and loved the location. Unfortunately this property wasn't as nice as the previous one. The sofa wasn't comfortable, The balcony door handle in the bedroom was broken and the hairdryer in the bathroom just gave a burning smell when I tried to use it. I did let the agent know and they said it was noted. I found there was another hairdryer in a cupboard. The balcony had a table and chairs but no sun loungers.

A braai is advertised, but not available in the unit - it was one of the main reasons we selected the unit.

Location was exceptional being very close to V&A waterfront. Very comfortable with great views from both front and back balconies. Two full bathrooms and washer, dryer and dish washer.

Lounge room needed air-conditioning. Soaps and shampoos needed replenishing.

The property is very well located walking distance to the V&A Waterfront and easy drive from there to wine farms and other atractions.

Room service needs attention.

Amazing views of Table Mountain and the marina. Clean and tidy. Gym and swim was great. This is very safe with direct access to the waterfront. Highly recommended.

The bridge to the V&A was closed for most of our stay, this made it a mission to get across. To be fair though, construction work was taking place on the other end, which should not be a permanent feature.

Stunning location and superbly well appointed unit. A joy to stay there.

Only was the check in - waited a while to meet the person and the briefing seemed rushed. Neglected to warn that there are speed cameras in the basement and property - speeding fines could have be shared when received to highlight this and avoid dither fines.

The Place is spectacular, beautifully furnished , enormous rooms and all in great condition ... Security was really good , housekeeping service was excellent , meet and greet was welcoming and polite and for such a reasonable price considering everything that went with the place.

Initial security checks took quite a long time so ensure that you forward details before you arrive to shorten the process The UPS backup for times when 'load shedding' was active and the mains power was out only covered the living room meaning that we needed torches to use the loo or go to bed , they could do with adding emergency lights in the other rooms as well.

I was rushed for a late check in which resulted to me getting another place that evening. No communication was done where I could find the keys.

Very modern room with good amenities and entertainment. Excellent location and views of the canals. Lovely place.

The apartment was very average. Definitely not the same apartment as the pictures. Stayed before in the Lawhill apartments in the same complex and was much better quality for same price. Lights switch automatically on after loadshedding (daily scheduled electricity blackouts), so no matter what you do, will need to get up once or twice every night to switch off lights again.
