素敵な家族旅行でした。

管理人さんが凄く親切でした。食べ物屋さんとか詳しく教えてくれました。部屋もとても綺麗でした。私はベットで長女と寝ましたが、和室で寝た旦那と末っ子はエアコンを切っていた為　隙間風があったようで寒かったって言ってましたがエアコンを付けてれば問題はないと思います。

身体の疲れが取れなかった

ペットと泊まることができたオーナーさんとのやりとりがスムーズで，事前に1階のお部屋の提案をしてくださった駐車場が敷地内にあるペット可でもにおいが気にならなかった

寒さについての口コミを見ていましたが，ここまで寒いとは思いませんでした。エアコンも新しく部屋に合わせたものを付けられていたようでしたが、MAXにしても暖かさは感じられませんでした。建物の材質によってはエアコンも役に立たないです。機密性の高いお部屋なら暖かかったかもしれませんね。ヒーターを用意してくださったり、チェックインに合わせてお部屋を温めてくださってありがたかったですが、あれほど寒いこともご承知でしたら改善するべきかと思います。疲れた身体を暖かい部屋で癒したかったです。ペット可ですが、ペットが過ごせる場所はフローリングで夜はキンキンに冷えてしまうダイニングです。ペットによっては寒さに強くない子もいますよね。私たちは大きな毛布を自分たちに1枚持参していたので、ペットに譲りました。ペット可＝ペットも快適に過ごせる　ではないのだと思いました。トイレのスリッパがあまり綺麗ではなく、置いてあった食器洗い用のスポンジも使用済み、冷蔵庫はカビていたりと衛生面が残念でした。設備を変えることはコストがかかりますが、使い捨てのスリッパを用意くらいは低コストですからしていただきたいです。やり取りはスムーズでしたが、同じことを何度も聞かれたりペースが利己的に感じることがありました。悪気はないんだと思います。親切なオーナーさんかと思いますから、冬季も泊まりたくなる施設になるといいなと思いました。

Pleasant

The family is nice.

Western style double bed is actually an air mattress and not a real bed. And the sofa bed is quite small and hard.

Overall, it was a great experience but not perfect if you are travelling with your pet

The property was very nice, clean and also there was enough space for my two children and for me. We were very delighted with the arrangements and everything worked well. The parking space was big enough for our car, and we paid only 500 yen for it. There was only one air conditioner but it eventually cooled the whole apartment. The host was very nice and helpful and gave us ideas on where we could go to have good Japanese food. Before we checked out, she came and inspected the apartment before she allowed us to leave, and she was flexible about the check in and check out timings.

We had our pet with us but were told that he could not enter the bedroom. Barriers had been put to prevent his going into it, which was a good thing. As the property is listed as « pet friendly » we could not understand why our pet was not allowed everywhere as he is completely house trained. As it happened, he was quite confused about having to sleep outside the bedroom till my son took his mattress to the other side of the barrier and put his arm through it to comfort our pet. This rule was also confusing because we paid 1500 yen extra for our pet.

We are looking forward to return to "near to Miyajima" for a longer stay.

Accomodation in a true Japanese home. Fully equipped, large kitchen; large balcony. Charming owner. Quiet location, close to the tram station (Hiroden); sushi shop (not to be missed), 7-Eleven market, reasonably priced restaurant nearby,

Restrictions due to G7 meeting in Hiroschima and Miyjaima.

Very good

Easy check in and check out process. Eiko was very accommodating for my needs. The location was less than 5 mins from the train station and could get to Itsukishima island in 20 minutes!

Owner entered room without us present

Excellent location and size at a great value when using the national travel support discount.

The property owner entered the room without our permission and without us being present, without prior notification or consent to turn off electronics. This presents a compromise of security to me, as well as the smaller issue of resulting in an ice cold room upon return.

Comfortable stay; friendly owner

Our stay here was pleasant and comfortable. The apartment is clean, cozy and had everything we needed. Wi-Fi worked well and parking was convenient. (There is a parking spot available just in front of the apartment building.) The owner is super friendly and responsive. She also lives in the building, so it was easy to arrange for check-in and check-out. The location between Hiroshima and Miyajima is good. It took under 10 minutes to drive to Miyajimaguchi (where you can take the ferry to Miyajima) and under 30 minutes to drive to the Peace Memorial Park area in Hiroshima.

Exceptional

Great apartment. Clean and tidy that were very pleasant. The host Eiko was very nice and helped us with all the tourist information. Very close to the station. Nice place to stay in Hiroshima.

The one night delight

Perfect for 4 people who enjoy not being loud. We arrived late evening and were able to shower and go get ramen. With no trouble.
