This was a fantastic location and a large, clean apartment with a beautiful pool below, close to a grocery store, a cute cafe, and public transportation. I wish I could have stayed longer!
The kitchen supplies were limited. For my brief stay it was everything I really needed but for a longer stay it would be nice to have more dishes, pots, etc.

The balcony sea view was amazing, there is also a roof top terrace with views if you can't get a sea view room. Our apartment was clean, modern and quiet, cleaned every other day. The location was great, so close to Oistins fish fry. Supermarket and ATM very close, beach less than 10 mins walk away, great breakfast cafe at the bottom of the street (Surfers). Just off the main road so easy to jump in mini buses to get about. Smart tv with netflix. Loved our stay!

Excellent apartment, location and hosts. This will be one of the only places I'll be staying in future, and if booking an apartment on my next visit to the fabulous Barbados. Highly recommend and won't disappoint. No problem getting around from Oistins if fancy St Lawrence Gap/Bridgetown and just jump in the vans for 3.5 dollar standard anywhere. Of course Oistins has everything and a very cool place for a chilled Banks, Deputy or Stag! As Arnie would say. I'll be back.

The facilities are exceptionally good and clean.
The staff do best to facilitate early check in & late departure where possible.
Views are amazing and location is perfect for a south coast holiday with more to do than just west coast beaches.
Nothing really. A kettle and a toaster would easily elevate the kitchen equipment.

Great value for spacious, clean apartment accommodation with lovely view, close to airport and a few nice beaches for swimming, surfing and snorkeling. Wonderful host/owner attentive and went out of the way to accommodate requests. Nice cafe, grocery & convenience stores, Oistens fish market just down the hill and several beaches to walk to for swimming, snorkeling and a bit further east- surfing (great for kids, beginners.) Also walkable to Cafe Luna at the Arches Hotel. Short drive to lots of restaurants, beach bars and shops further west. Enjoyed the infinity pool, ping pong/pool table. Nice kitchen to save us some dining out money and private big patio to enjoy coffee and sunsets on. Close to public bus stops, taxis going by.
Not an issue for us, but be aware there are lots of stairs to navigate, unless entering/exiting at the upper Maxwell St. level and staying in apt. #1 or #2. Busy street down the hill, honking, etc. but it quiets down by bedtime.

Perfect location set back from the main road but 2 minutes away from a big supermarket and within 5 minute walk of the famous Oistin's Fish Fry. Also a delicious cafe right at the end of the road, perfect for breakfast, lunch and cocktails. The room itself was more spacious than it looked in photos so that was a bonus, and the pool is incredible, such a great addition to the property. There are only 4 apartments in the whole building so it feels really private and you could have the pool to yourself.
Walls and ceilings were on the thinner side so if people were above or next door you could here movements, but really not very loudly and other guests were super respectful.

The location of the hotel is great!wonderful view of the beaches beautiful buildings and it is very quiet peaceful and safe close to the supermarket and restaurants. The housekeeper is extremely nice very helpful!👍. Can’t wait to go back!
I think there should be a phone in the rooms instead of in the walkway. But everything was excellent 👍

in walking distance, try surfers Cafe really good.we did the fish fry,was not impressed, we ate there the night before when only a few vendors open about had a great meal
Miami Beach close br was covered in seaweed, maybe not the time to visit. you can take the bus to the boatyard Carlyle Bay, spend the day on a awesome beach. also take the bus to Rockley Beach better but some seaweed not as much an you a rent a umbrella and chairs for the day. or y from the tiki bar and you can get umbrella chairs and beer bucket for a bit more. Go to St Lawrence Gap for drinks and some drinks and nightlife
The location had some challenges. it is up on a hill so you have to climb, there are stairs to the room, so you have to climb to get to your room. 3 says of keys for the gate, inside door and apt door was cumbersome, maybe consider a key pad for one of these location. The climbing was fine for us but maybe difficult for others

location - close to amenities - great view - lovely pool area - Corrine was available every day in case we needed anything and the gentleman who cleaned the pool daily also helped when we thought we had an issue with our electrics (which we didn’t!)

Amazing views across the bay. Central location. Close to fish fry restaurants, supermarket and lovely beaches. Facilities in the apartment were satisfactory. Corinne and her team keep the apartments and pool area very clean and tidy. Thanks Alvin for a most enjoyable week.

brand new and spotless bright and airy. We were in unit 1., Alwin available and followed up with us by the end of the day with all our needs. Good communication.
enjoyed the pool and balcony and the breezes in our unit. . Corinne available to hand us our keys and available during the week to answer questions and keep the unit clean.
I like the miami beach park with shade or sun and within walking distance (20 min walk) of the unit. Yes the chockerels are noisy at all hours so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Its a slice of island life and close to buses and taxis to get around.
We used the kitchen a lot and everything worked fine. wifi and netflix available at all hours.
apartment is short taxi ride 15-20min and not bogged down by traffic like other areas of the island.
The steps are many but good exercise. and sturdy handrails.
A larger salad bowl would have been useful.
can get noisy on the weekends from fish market crowds and music.

The apartment was well kept and spotless.Staff friendly and helpful. Suggestions would be to have cushions on the balcony seats as my back was very sore and I couldn't sit up straight on them.
Maybe an option to buy a starter pack of tea coffee water milk juice eggs bread.. incase flights are delayed in the evening

The apartment was clean and modern and has a great view of the ocean. And the pool is a big bonus. Spacious balcony, and the staff are friendly and great 👍🏾. I'll be going again for sure. Everything from transport, shops, the beach is on your door step.

We liked everything about the apartment. It felt like a home away from home from arrival to departure. The facility was very accommodating to all our needs. We grocery shopped at the nearby supermarket and cooked our breakfast lunch and dinner in the spacious modern kitchen then ate on the balcony dining overlooking the swimming pool and Oistin's Bay. The king size bed was so comfortable and the host and especially the housekeeper were exceptionally nice. We must return to Bay View and stay for a longer time to enjoy Barbados.
Everything was perfect. The kitchen window even has blind and not so no insects could get in while we cooked.

The hotel pool was great! The views from our room was amazing. The size of the patio was nice too!
The views were great and the hotel served our needs. But after exploring around the island I found this area to be more local and less touristy. For us, we only had 2 days to see the whole island so we were there for touristy stuff. Miami beach is overrated. We found better beaches just to the North of us. And beach bars/restaurants accessible right on the beach.

Alwin, his wife and Correen are a wonderful team and most welcoming hosts. The apartment is extraordinary and I'm sure the view is one of the best on the whole island.
Oistins with the fish and grill, the beach, the supermarket, restaurants - everything is in walking distance.
We are sure to book this apartment again when we will come back to Barbados!

This property is in a great location. Just a 5 minute walk from Oistins fish fry and a short bus or taxi ride from St.Lawrence Gap and Bridgetown.
The apartments are very spacious, brightly decorated and very welcoming.
The beach is just a couple of minutes walk away and there is a large supermarket just opposite for all your supplies.
The owners Alwin and Alicia was very helpful and even allowed us to keep the apartment until we left for the airport at 6pm at no extra charge.
We had brilliant holiday all round.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about these apartments. They are perfect for a self catering do it yourself holiday.

I liked the environment and the views. The room was nice and spacious and I loved how the kitchen and bathroom was set up. The common facilities were nice and well laid out.
There was nothing about there that I did not like.
