Comfortable and restful, would stay again!

Pros: great location, comfy room, amazing and thoughtful host. Pacific Beach in general had very laid back vibes which my partner and I loved. Our host made the stay super easy and comfortable, 10/10 would recommend them.

Cons: walls are a bit thin, so you can hear the folks upstairs and they can probably hear you. Wasn't a deal breaker for us at all - but just FYI if you're the kind of person that's squeamish about that sorta thing.

My stay in the butterfly suite was very pleasant and relaxing and exactly how it's specified and the amenities provided are very well thought out and address almost a ny situation concerning the beach.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this cozy and convenient location.

this location was really convenient to everything we wanted and needed. we could walk to grocery and drug stores, even restaurants as needed. just a short drive to the events we were attending, beaches and more. and a lovely drive up to the mountains.

i am very environmentally conscious and do what I can to reduce, reuse and recycle. it was a little inconvenient to have to ask for heat (we are from FL and the temps were very cold for us). not sure where the thermostat was located, but we couldn’t control it ourselves. that said, the owners were very accommodating and communicative. and, there was an amazing comfy, cozy blankie that kept me even warmer. the TV had two burned in spots that made it look like eyes looking at you when it was on. we didn’t watch much as the volume was limited and I couldn’t hear, but we didn’t spend that much time in the room.

I hadn't received an email with directions for entry the day of arrival, so I would have liked an email maybe a day or two in advance to prepare for that!

Comfy room near a beautiful beach for a good price.

The room was very comfortable and is located in a peaceful neighborhood. It had a beautiful beach and great food options within walking distance, and in a area that isn’t more than a 20 minute drive from almost everything else San Diego has to offer. A great stay for the price.

The only negative thing I can think to say is that it is a residential neighborhood and we had to park on the street, which was quite crowded at times. Though that’s not at all the fault of the hosts and nothing more than a minor nitpick of an amazing stay.

Great location, but lack of fan & decent bedside lighting, plus dog made evenings uncomfortable.

location was great. close to transit, grocery, restaurants.

ceiling fan very noisy, needs to be replaced. small dog above us barked whenever owner was gone on weekend evenings. very stuffy area without a fan because windows could not be opened without setting off an alarm. happy we didn’t have a car because street parking is extremely limited.

So comfortable!

,Close enough to the beach to get there in 5 minutes, but just far enough to be away from the loud night time parties. Everything in the Butterfly suite was perfect, thank you! ♡

I highly recommend staying here for travelers that seek a better place than a standard hotel room.

This place is a gem. A very clean and well decorated home away from home feel. The location is fantastic. Right in the heart of Pacific Beach. Walking distance to the beach, grocery store, and everything else.

I like everything. Beatiful place. The apartment on the bottom number 1 i think. It gets a little disturbanse since you can hear all the moves from upstairs. They leave ear pluggs . Weekends some noise from the park across at early hours.

The property is very clean, close to a lot of fun attractions, and has a nice patio.

Just perfect

Location Location Location. Perfect!!! Beautiful area. Leave your car parked, and you can walk everywhere you need. Beach,groceries, restaurants,bars, shops and tattoo shops. The suite is perfect. All that you need. Clean room, comfortable bed, shower, small refrigerator, coffee maker, TV. My whole stay was amazing and relaxing. Thank you

Only thing that was not perfect, was the parking, street parking. Some nights where more difficult they others to find a spot.

Much needed get a way for my wife and I! The weekend was perfect!

I had an amazing time staying at the butterfly suite. The host was very responsive and nice. Room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be booking again soon!
