close to beach. Security guards were very helpful and nice

Siesta key is beautiful and no bad fine could take away from that!
When you book on here you use a third party, this third party gives you your codes and parking passes. The property security beats the door down like you are being sought out for a string of hideous murders, then tells at your children who answer the door for not having parking permits. Even though the third party have us parking permits. The property managers did apologize and explain that the third party deals with numerous properties and doesn't follow their rules, but never reprimanded the security guy because he did it again when we rented a golf cart and it was after hours so we couldn't go get parking permits. These security guys are on glorified power trips and they should be taught how to treat people! If your third party doesn't do their job correctly( by the way, the third party was much nicer and easier and more pleasant to deal with) maybe you should think about finding a new third party. I will stay in siesta key again, it's so beautiful and calm and peaceful there, but I'll stay somewhere else next time even if it cost me more. By the way if you book through third party don't think the laundry machines are torn up, they don't take debit cards, you have to go buy a laundry card, no one could tell us this for 3 days when we called 3 times a day to see why they were not fixed we were told they were sending someone out. The third party didn't know and we didn't know to buy one until we had the problem with the parking permits and the property manager told us. So much bad communication here.

Very family friendly.
When looking for the property, I wanted beachfront and the part of the property was beach front but we were given a room on a part of the property across the street about 2 blocks from the beach not exactly beachfront.

I love all the towels and beach amenities the host provided. Easy walk to the beach each day. The place was exceptionally clean and was a great stay!
I would recommend fixing the shower head. We had to adjust it so that it didn't spray everywhere, but that is it.

Our stay in Siesta Key was great. The office staff was personable & answered my questions about the after hours check-in.
I wish the pool on the bay side was a little bigger, but it was still nice to cool off in when while we weren't at the beach.

The floor of our condo was very unclean and one of the patio sliding doors had no lock. This was especially concerning given that we were ground level and had small children. Upon contacting the staff about this, they did not even fix within 24 hours, and I had to reach out several more times for them to actually come. I was informed that they would reach out to us for some compensation regarding this issues, but we were never contacted and ended up checking out two days early.

The shower spayed out both ways, we think they could put new fixtures in the bathtub/shower. Would make it more appealing. Electric sockets were broken. My husband had a hole on his side of the bed, which said was very uncomfortable for him. between the cushions on the couch was full of sand and food. The window that you could open was full of dirt. Just a few easy things that could easy be fixed and would make it nicer.

location alright, but has an hour delay for check in. we were told extra cleaning, but there were cigarette butts & empty water bottle left at sliding window. bathroom needs a major remodel. The bathroom sink was not draining on arrival, and continued stopping up even after maintenance came by. I reported the continue issue, and no one bothered to come fix it. Shower head was also leaking & horrible. I would never stay there again. Very over priced for such awful accommodation.

I love the proximity to the beach.
No complaints, only wish both elevators would have been working, it would’ve created much shorter lines.

Confusing, it wasn't clear where I needed to go . I ended up going to two places and having to wait a whole hour to get a code to get in. Then they have a towing warning because I didn't have the right parking permit .
Everything, would never stay there again. Way overpriced for what wait was, not. A good experience.

The location was great.
We were without internet or television for the majority of our stay and the staff refused to help. The place was also not cleaned very well. One of the pools closest to us was also closed.

it was comfortable well located with a nice terrace. we had stayed at this resort before and we thought that staying on the other side of the road away from the beach was nicer. it was quieter and near to a nice pool
a few of the smaller kitchen items have seen a lot of use and could do with being replaced. we couldnt find a corkscrew or bottle opener. we are from belgium so this was really an emergency. i was going to call 911 but my wife persuaded me thatbuying one in the publix was probably abetter solution

Great location with beach access.
No place to dry wet towels, swimsuits, etc. Inexpensive portable laundry racks would be useful. Dinnerware in unit 343 was limited.

Great location. Beautiful beach. On-site property managers were pleasant and helpful. Covered parking very close by. The apartment was comfortable and had good morning sun.
The apartment had no view, the bathroom needs upgrading, and the dressers in the bedroom are very worn. Only one of two elevators was working during our stay.

Beach was close
Only one elevator worked all the time. Doors where falling off the bath tub, the tub looked fithly but was just very stained, the beds where horribly uncomfortable and and the pull out couch which counted as a bed my young children couldn’t even sleep on because it was so uncomfortable!

Great location, nice grounds, quiet, friendly staff and guests
There were not enough towels for the amount of people staying in the unit. We had six people in our unit, and only provided with four beach towels (one of which was ripped and badly stained), few bathroom towels, one kitchen towel. Bathrooms could use some work (mold in the grout in the showers, loud dirty exhaust fans, toilets randomly run, sink and tub drain in one bathroom were not draining properly.
Hot tub by the pool did not work

Pool by the bay was nice and lots of boats going by. pickle ball courts were nice and paddles/balls provided. Beach was beautiful and it was nice to have chairs provided.
Unit was very disappointing. The living room rug was disgusting and we asked that it be taken out. (they rolled it up and put it in the storage closet). The kitchen cabinets didn’t close all of the way and the cabinets were dirty with pots and pans just shoved in. Keurig and can opener were broken but later replaced. There was only one dish towel provided and no dishcloths. Bottom shelf on refrigerator door was broken so couldn’t store anything in the door. paint chipping in the master bathroom. The chairs for the dining table were mismatched and the patio was so small and shady it was virtually useless. The master bedroom blanket had holes in it and burns on it. Bed closest to the bathroom in the front bedroom had a dip in the middle. Couldn’t close the bathroom door with the rug on the floor so that was basically useless. The shower curtain in the front bathroom barely covered the tub so had to be careful so that water wouldn’t go all over the floor.

Beds were comfortable.
Dressers were in terrible condition. The bathtub and shower were in terrible condition and extremely dirty. The tub and sliding shower doors are beyond cleaning and repair and need to be replaced. The condition of the shower turned us totally off as far as the unit was concerned.

We liked the space, comfort, and cleanliness of the unit. The location was great. The pool, hot tub, and beach access were the best!
We booked through booking.com, so when we arrived at the Palm Bay Club office, they did not have our booking listed and directed us to Beachside Management a couple blocks away. I wish that was made more clear, so we could have went right there first.

I booked a king bed- and got two queens and the management did not know how to rectify it. I paid extra for a king and booking.com said to talk to management. Terrible communication. We only got one key fob for two people. Management said they only had one which made a lot of issues because we had to closely coordinate. One elevator was out of service the entire time we used the condo. Others that come every year said it was an annual issue. The bathroom tub and door needs to be replaced- rust, midlew etc. little ants in the apt should also need taken care of for the next guest.

would have been nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit and more than one towel and wash cloth for a whole week. it was not really a three bedroom either our friends had to use are bathroom in the middle of the night as well as showering just not very private.
