Sehr angenehmes Stadthotel, Ruhepol im Trubel der Stadt

Die Ausstattung ist besonders nett und die Zimmer sind ein ruhiger Pol im Trubel der Stadt. Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und engagiert, Continental Breakfast im Zimmer ist sehr gut, aber auch Frühstücksbüffet im Manfredi kann sich gut sehen lassen und erfüllt alle Wünsche.

Fantastic.

Great location. You can walk to most attractions. The staff were extremely helpful. They helped with booking museum visits and gave great recommendations. They also kept our luggage for three days while we traveled around Italy. I can’t recommend it enough.

The only downside is that the front desk is open from 7 am till 10:30 pm. So if you have a late flight it can be a small problem.

Excellent place to stay in Rome

Excellent location few meters from the Colosseum. The rooms were nice and had a tropical decor. The onsite manager was helpful. They even gave us a spare room after the checkout as we had a late evening flight. They provided with free welcome drink, and beverages. Had a laundry room with washers and dryers which was helpful.

The lift was too slow but apart from that excellent place to stay

Was a nice stay, good view good location and friendly serivce. Love the interior decoration there.

The breakfast was not the buffet, but it was still quite good quality, the fruits were fresh, and the amount was enough for us. quite a nice experience.

only one restroom in the suites it was not enough for 4 people and the shower room is small

Just perfect, beautiful room and location

Just beautiful and only a few meters from the colosseum. Quality food and toiletries products with a warm welcome. Taxi pick up just around the corner

Hairdryer no turn of switch. Plug socket in corner of room didn’t work. Average stay .

Location was okay, nice rooms, comfy beds.

No facilities or at least not advised of any. No where to sit and have a coffee/drink inside. Full Breakfast offered at sister hotel but only 7:30/8:00 in the morning. As we are on holiday and with a teenage son getting up walking 10 mins to sister hotel for 7:30 was not convenient . We did walk to the sister hotel but could not gain access and no concierge to open door. It would have been nice to go in and have a look around. So for a 2 night stay we literally had a very nice room but that was it. Would not stay again .

Amazing great spot and so happy to see the colosseum at your door steps

The hotel is as the icing on the cake for our first trip to Rome.

Fantastic quality stay in Rome!

There was nothing out to like - beautiful, well appointed, amazing location but the best of all was Milly at the front desk - she was a highlight - so caring and helpful. Hope to be back in the near future 🤩

A larger, beautifully appointed space - that could sleep 3, comfortably.

The staff was super helpful.

Would have been nice if they had a restaurant — but they were great to include free sodas in the room fridge and left us champagne and snacks in the room upon arrival!

Great stay and perfect location!

We had a very comfortable stay at Palm Suites. The room was spacious and well designed. The location was excellent - literally right outside the Colosseum with easy access to key monuments nearby. We were staying at the suite with Roman Forum views but it was not as close as it seems from the pictures but everything else was outstanding including the in-suite breakfast!

International Breakfast Is served at the Manfredi Hotel 700m away from Palm Suite. We used this optiion only once. The other days we‘ve ordered a simple american breakfast served at the room.

Very comfortable, clean, secure, and great location.

The rooms were spacious and comfy. The staff was super accommodating. The location was very near the colosseum and a metro stop and restaurants very close. We loved everything, especially the kitchenette. The couch was a perfect comfy bed that they made for our teenage son. We will always stay here in the future.

They forgot about my son’s birthday, I was hoping they could help, but it’s ok. Everything else was nice.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Absolutely gorgeous rooms, so spacious given the location, wonderful location - a stone's throw from the Colosseum and a 1 minute walk from the Colosseo Metro station that gets you to all the other sights within minutes. It's also on a nice quiet street so although right by the Colosseum, it didn't feel that you were in the middle of hustle and bustle. The staff at the hotel is exception. Jacomo, Kelvin, and staff were top notch with their service. I love that soft drinks, water, coffee, were all included and replaced every day. They even accommodated our request for non-alcoholic beverages and had non-alcoholic champagne waiting on our arrival with dried fruits. What a great touch. I would stay here in a heartbeat in the future on my visits to Rome.

The only issue with this hotel being so small is that the staff also isn't around at night. So if you come back late from a night out, nobody is around. It's not a big deal but it's nice to have 24/7 staff at a hotel. They rely on the staff at Hotel Palazzo Manfredi down the street which is a good fall back. But something to consider in the future. Also, the bathroom had a strange smell coming from it. Wasn't sure what it was... it felt like it was the upholstery on the floor which is unique but maybe in the future, just consider standard tiles.

Amazing location, great rooms, helpful staff!

Everything was perfect (location, staff, cleanliness, amenities, beds, etc.) except the size of the shower. I would 100% recommend this hotel!
