Good Location and nearby attraction place

Location near KLCC , its 3 minute walk from this apartment and view facing Menara Kuala Lumpur.

Parking area inconvenient. Elevator is very slow and only one can be used

Good but has great potential

The apartment was clean Comfortable bed Great view out the window from the 29 floor room 7 Fully equipped kitchen for light cooking 24/7 self service laundry in the ground level parking

Although a washing machine is present, it was broken and the owner did not have time to fix it for us, this was disappointing because we specifically selected this accommodation for the washing machine. luckily there was a paid alternative in the ground level laundry . Internet speed terrible, 8 mbps download/ 5 mbps upload, the accommodation has a wifi 4G cellular type router but all 4G cellular internet signal in the apartment is weak, even tried my own 4G mobile internet connection from Digi and Celcom , with the same low bandwidth speeds. If you are heavy internet depended with uploads , I would advice to avoid this room at level 29. For normal website browsing and YouTube watching, it is ok. I hope the owner will fix the washing machine and get better landline internet wifi for that room. Also there were cockroaches in the kitchen but this was clearly not from the apartment as the apartment was extremely clean, I believe there are dirty neighbour apartments there that are infested, the whole area has a cockroach issue anyway.

Is walking distance to KLCC n LRT station, there is a convenient store and street food stalls nearby. Nice city view from room.

After booking only noticed they charged rm60 for cleaning (no cancellation booking) which made the total price paid for the property much higher than advertise. And, there are a lot of rules, but for me is alright.

Absolutely Worst Old and smelly No front desk Rooms so small with too high price While complaining to Booking.com they did nothing even they didnot contact untill check-out. Big big wastge of money with hidden charges

Smelly, old apartment with unreliable host

Location, Pool, beds were comfortable, washing machine was very handy.

Host was 20 minutes late for both checkin and checkout. We nearly missed our bus, eventhough we agreed on a time the night before. The bathroom was moldy and stinky. Eventhough we booked for 3 people, there were only sheets for 2 people. The couch had an extra blanket but no covers or sheets. Only 1,5 rolls of toilet paper.

Friendly and responsive host, good facilities provided

Friendly host and good facilities provided. Can wash and dry my clothes everyday with ease.

I actually requested for separated sleeping areas, i.e. 1 bed in bedroom and 1 bed at living room, but unfortunately we have 2 big beds in 1 single bedroom. It's a little inconvenient as we are friends with 1 guy and 1 girl, but fortunately we don't mind to sleep in the same room and beds are separated.

the night view is good

the lift is very shaking as it is an old apartment. The wifi is not working. The bed is very uncomfortable, and the actual room is different from the photo.

I was book for 4 person 3 adults 1 child. For 2 room. But there only one bad room hall give. And only 1 blanket for 4 person.

Excellent location and great communication!

Great communication comfy bed clean apartment good pool excellent location useful washing machine easy access all very, very positive! We liked it so much we extended our stay.

Just a small suggestion: - more toilet paper needed. - no oven. - a hand towel for drying hands in the bathroom would also be useful.
