Clean and pleasant

Host is very responsive. Unit is so clean and pleasant. What is posted on the site are True. Will definitely stay again to this place on our next vacation. Also will highly recommend to our friends.

We will stay here again when we go on vacation again.

We liked staying here because it is close to everything. The unit was clean, very relaxing and the owner is very responsive when you ask something about what you want.

Comfortable stay for 3-4 people. Being close to the airport and MOA is an advantage.

Close to the airport and in a nice area, close to MOA. The place is small but clean and enough space for 4 people.

The location was excellent and the room was comfortable.

The location was excellent! Although we did not use it, the pool area looked great! The room was comfortable with the refrigerated air. Walking distance to the Mall of Asia.

Even though our room could accommodate 4 people, we felt crowded. The room would be best suited for a family of 4 with 2 small kids.

Mom's Grad Celeb

We were here to celebrate my mom 's phd grad and it was really nice that we booked this clean and cozy room! Microwave, induction, water heater, shower heater, ref, tv and washing macines are available. Even the host are very nice and accommodating.

Comfortable, Nice

I like the interior design, the view outside the window, the balcony. The bed is comfortable to sleep in. Room is clean. I did not see any cockroaches. Would definitely book again.

Perfect place to stay for stopover or exploring the city.

The flat / condominium is well equipped, clean and easy access to shopping malls and restaurants. Friendly caretaker ( letty), and the owner is very professional.

Nice view for fireworks but room was cockroach infested

near mall, fireworks can be viewed in the terrace, free oranges in the dining table, mini grocery and food stores in the ground floor, lobby was ok, with elevators

cockroach infested so we stayed only for 2.5 hours as we keep on spraying baygon, parking was very difficult (very expensive for overnight stayer), staff was late in checking us in though contacted beforehand.

Near MOA and a 7-10 mins walk to the mall. Can be easily found on the grab.

Honestly they didn't state that there would be a security deposit. A heads up would have been good and maybe they should list their house rules on here. Since, there are rules there that needs payments if we use their facilities. We also couldn't adjust the aircon due to the remote batteries.

the location, the owner ( easy to communicate with ) and the staff - caretaker ( very nice )

Location is super convenient we just walk around going to MOA and the place is clean.👍

All perfect and smooth transaction.

We have small visitors checkin that night too. Around 2 of them. 😊 (hi cockroaches)

The place was clean and very accessible to other establishment like MOA. The owner and Ms. Letty were very nice and answer all my inquiries. Gonna recommend the place to my friends and relatives. Nxt time I spend my vacation in the Philippines, I'm will book this place again.
