Location was great. Pool was great.

COCKROACHES!!!! Broken and very uncomfortable sofa bed. Mildewy shower curtains. Broken chair on balcony/deck. Rusted microwave...unsanitary and probably unsafe! Leaky refrigerator. Living room furniture overall uncomfortable. Pictures on-line were of Sea Oats Unit H102 which looked very nice, but we were booked in G203...not very nice. Very deceiving. No response from RedAwning or Gulf Sands property manager regarding our dissatisfaction. Left a day early due to weather...and not wanting to have to spend a rainy day inside!!! Will never stay at Sea Oats again!!

All of it. The location, at nearly the end of the Boulevard, not a lot of traffic. Pool directly behind us. Ocean across the street, a great plus. Nice size rooms and beds, (slept great,) good size bath and kitchen.

The Dyrer did not work. Found breaker box and it was turned off, so turned it on and Sparks popped. Need two locations of the grills closer to all budings. Which I know that is not the owners doings. Need more visibility of condo letters or map with directions of the building where to park and how to get into the building. Not happy having to pay $22 per vehicle to park.
