Отличный вариант размещения в Маниле. Комфортно, чисто, уютно, как дома. По сути - это квартира или апартаменты. Есть кухня со всем необходимым, посудой, огромным холодильником, плитой, моющим средством с губкой, и питьевой водой.
Есть стиральная машина с сушилкой. 2 пакетика стирального средства прилагаются. Завтрак вкусный и сытный проходит в ресторанчике на 1 этаже. Персонал вежливый, приветливый и вышколенный в хорошем смысле этого слова.
Постель удобная, белье белоснежное, полотенца меняли каждый день, хоть и не просили. Никого не слышно.
Красивый вид из окна на высотки. Район безопасный. Рядом 7/11, но грязный и дурацкий. В 10-15 мин ходьбы большой супермаркет Jazz, идите сразу в него. А вообще отличный продуктовый супермаркет в торговом центре Shangri-La Plaza, это в 9 мин езды от Сомерсета. Там же и шопинг, если надо,

До аэропорта ехали мин 30-40, но, наверное зависит от пробок.

Wirklich schöne zimmer inkl Küche mit schöner Aussicht. Lage ist sehr gut und in der nähe von 7/11. Concierge ist sehr nett.

Super friendly staff, very clean and big enough room, beds were really comfortable
Nothing the hotel could do about: due to a government instructed power outage during the night the airco fell out and one, I guess safety light went on which made it a bit hard to sleep

The property is in the middle of Makati. There’s so many things to do near the area. There’s Greenbelt, Glorietta and BGC nearby.
The parking lot basement is so hard to get into but the security guard and those who work there who are always ready to help. Thank you to Ronnie, Jhomel and Francis!

What I didn't like is that they don't treat everyone equally. If they are people from foreign countries, they are very polite and friendly, but if they are Filipinos, they treat them nicely, but the service is very different. For instance, I went to the gym alone, and the guy asked me for my room number to clarify if I'm staying in the hotel. Then there's a couple of foreigners who also went inside, but he didn't ask for the room number and simply greeted them good morning with all smiles. Just a simple piece of advice: treat everyone equally, especially us Filipinos, because there is a higher chance that we'd be going back to the hotel. The people from other countries might not be returning to the Philippines. That is just one of my observations on how they don't give the same treatment to everyone.

I like how friendly and helpful the front desk staff are. The guards are very courteous and they make you feel safe and secure. They check the car that drops you each time you're going back to the hotel to ensure you did not leave any valuables behind. They don't get irate when you ask mundane questions about the area. The rooms are always clean and sanitised. The housekeeping staff respects your privacy. The location is excellent. 2KM walk to Greenbelt (which is fairly quick if you like walking). Oh and the massage service is excellent!
The breakfast buffet is very limited and way too greasy. The TV channels are very limited and there is no Netflix nor Prime. It would be nice to have it available for those guests who have an account.

Good location in Salcedo village. Well equipped rooms and good gym.
The breakfast was poor and the only choice of tea was green tea. Better off saving the money and going to a cafe around the corner.

The hotel accommodated all my requests for an early check-in and additional pillows. Thank you so much.
Everything was perfect except for the air conditioning units. Each time we turn on the a/c unit when we go back to the room it emits a very disgusting smell which lasts for 15 to 20 minutes. Other than that everything was superb.

Clean, amazing staff. Water server and kitchen in the room make our stay so comfortable.

Room size and Fitout were excellent. Spacious and well designed. Breakfast was good (perhaps more fruit selection) Jennifer in F&B was joyous amd attentive, Dave - front desk. Smooth checkin, was so awesome organising my early departure breakfast in a box. The night team including Francis and Bobby were super helpful.

hosts are all accommodating, pleasant, nice, and courteous.
facilities are clean, common area and inside the room. furnitures are clean and new, purified water is also provided (very important for us)
the bed - this is the only thing that is not acceptable. we stayed several nights with 2 adults and our child. I booked a queen bed but we were provided with 2 double bed joined together with a blanket. Obviously, i can feel the middle which is the edge of both beds!
I asked the housekeeping to do something about it but they only added more blanket in the middle. I asked for a bed topper but they do not have it.
Its a pity they dont have that. the bed is comfy but no solution for a queen bed for 2 adults and child.
I hope they will provide a bed topper if they offer a 'queen' bed on their option.
Bed is a 'major' necessity to have a good sleep. Bed is also a major reason why people stay in a nice hotel like yours.
Im planning to go back to Makati on January. but I would like to really check first if they already have a bed topper for me, my partner and my child.

Location is accessible and nearby many restaurants in Salcedo, Makati. We booked the 3 bedroom suite and the size and facilities of the room were excellent! My family enjoyed their stay in the property. Dining area and kitchen were spacious and well equipped to prepare and share meals. We had a decent view of the fireworks across the city during new year's eve.
I hope they would consider giving more parking passes for those who book the bigger rooms. Even though we booked a 3 bedroom suite for 6 persons, only 1 complimentary parking slot was provided.

The electricity in our room in 2305 is always flickering. It was so inconvenient especially at night. The sounds of on and off. We tried to report it but I think they can’t resolve the issue.
The parking - too narrow. It was hard to park for non-pro drivers. It can’t even accommodate a lot of guests. We books 3 bedrooms suite, but was only allowed 1 per room.

We loved that they had a water fountain waiting for us in the room and there were no single use plastic containers. Their breakfast selection was good and we especially liked their take on tiramisu with coffee jelly. Yum!
The location is also within walking distance of major milestones in Makati like the Salcedo weekend market, Greenbelt, Ayala triangle and Ayala museum.

It’s clean,cosy and the staff are accommodating. The room has a washer and dryer which was handy. Definitely a hotel I would return to.

Nice building, but seems like they blew the budget on the initial build with ongoing services lacking.
The restaurant gave us food poisoning. We found maggots in the beef stew. The front desk staff also made it very difficult for us to get our Grab orders while sick as they would turn away any delivery person unless we called ahead to the front desk whenever the driver was arriving and then had to go down to the lobby to get the food ourselves. They were not very accommodating.

The Team made this experience awesome. Shout out to Kuya Francis at the front. The security guards are awesome, too! Clean, safe, good gym, pool, laundry facilities! Oh the room had a water cooler also! Our room had a washer dryer too!
Breakfast needs improving. The restaurant nachos was really disappointing, minimal topping hardly any meat and nachos were thin.
