Perfect

Perfect location with everything you need plus more .. But the host made the stay Mario and his mum - Mario picked us up at the airport, gave us directions for the ferry to split, helped with the luggage. Then we were treated with coffee and biscuits from his mum. Beautiful people

Exceptional

Mario is an absolute champion, he cannot do enough for you. Not to forget his beautiful mum, she made us the best Turkish coffee and a plate of fresh cherries. The apartment is amazing, very easy to find and in a fantastic location in the old city. Don't think twice about this gem, just book it!

Really happy with it, exceeded expectations generally and would happily return.

Mario was incredibly friendly, hospitable and really made an effort to make us feel comfortable.

The studio isn't really built for showers longer than 10 minutes. Only one of us got hot water in the morning which meant my partner had to have a cold shower.

The apartment was in an incredible location, just a beautiful five minute stroll from the old town. From the road, a long set of old stone stairs led down to the gate to the apartment and then on a few more directly into the crystal clear sea. The deep balcony in front of our room was a lovely place to sit with our morning coffee or evening wine and picnic. It was painful to leave

Fabulous apartment with excellent hosts! Free parking included, grapes and coffee provided Mario helped with our cases wish we could have stayed longer

Excellent stay, right in the old town of Trogir. Our host was amazing throughout.

We were met at the airport by the owner - he was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There were cold drinks left in the fridge, which was just what we needed after a long journey.

Wish we stayed longer.

Possibly my favorite stay in Croatia. Beautiful new suite in 1000 year old building in the heart of Old Town. Host was friendly, very helpful, and accomodating. Don't miss Trogir.

The studio was very clean and comfortable. It’s conveniently located in the old city. Mario was very hospitable and gave us some great information about Trogir. He was always available to answer any questions. We had a wonderful stay!

The place to stay in Trogir if you would like to have a perfect location

We stayed 2 nights at Studio Makala. Mario and his mother are very friendly hosts and endeavored to bring us a very pleasant stay. - the studio is lovely: bright, friendly and clean - it is air-conditioned, our hosts had turned on the air conditioning before we checked-in to make it very comfortable for us - central but very quiet - easy check-in and check-out, if needed, you can deposit your luggage in the ground floor after check-out - fast communication w/ Mario before and during our stay - complimentary cokes and large bottle of water in the fridge

It was a perfect stay! Nothing to complain, really nothing! Notice: you have to use steep stairs to the room, but your host can help you with your luggage.

Amazing place in the middle of the magical old town

The apartment is pleasant and quiet. We slept 12 hours straight after the flight. There's a private table in the alley downstairs, ideal for the morning coffee. There was even Turkish coffee in the kitchen! We enjoyed it a lot. Mario was incredibly nice and picked us up from the airport. The location is magical, in a recently renovated thousand-year-old house in the middle of the authentic old town, you can walk around and see the local life and see children playing in car-free allies.

Excellent room, host and location

We needed a room to stay before we travelled home from Split airport. This was so much more. A beautiful room in the centre of Trogir. Our host, Mario gave us a space in the car park and told us we could use it until we left for the car park. He also let us check out a little later so we could have a shower before we left. We were greeted with some goodies in the fridge and a good recommendation for food.

Amazing stay in the heart of Trogir

It was amazing! Everything was perfect. The room has a lovely facility and a generous equipment. The contact was excellent, so helpful 24/7 and we got many great tips. Thanks for this unforgettable stay in Makala!

Exceptional

Location is brilliant. Everything is close to the apartment. If U want to fill the atmosphere of that wonderful city U should stay in old town ex in this apartment. The owner is very very helpful and kind. Apartment have small table on the street so U can fill the place drinking coffee and eating cross the on the very quiet street. So nice. Interiors are very nice and U can fill the space inside. We will back in this place for sure. Thanks for everything.
