It is a very comfortable hotel. We liked the hospitable host. Our room was separate and had its own yard, there was a small table and chair, and the dryer was in the yard. In addition, there was a closet from which we could get various items useful for the sea for free, which was unexpected and we were happy.

Everything is fantastic

The location is very good. It is near the center of Ayia Napa with very good restaurants near by. The apartment was very clean. Even though we arrived at the location after midnight, we were awaited by the host's father, who led us to the room. We had free coffee for the morning and access to a closet full of umbrellas and toys for the beach (it was useful for us). In addition, the host allowed us to make a late check-out, without extra costs. For five people staying in the apartment, we felt the need for more towel racks in the bathroom and a larger clothes dryer in the balcony

We liked the size of the apartment, for 2 adults and 1 child, the parking lot, the smart TV (especially for the child), the ironing facilities, the AC in every room, the beach toys and the comunication with the owner (who helped us a lot).

The noise around and the other guests behaviour, but this has nothing to do with the accommodation.

Hosts are very welcoming and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Neighbourhood can be a little noisy but that can be solved with earplugs.

Apartment was really nice, same as pictures. Host was very helpful. Great location.

Brand new apartment has everything you might need,well positioned, reasonable cost, pleasent owners.....

The hosts are very nice, I would like to thank them for all. It's in the upper part of city centre. If you stay for a longer period you have it all near you: Eleana Supermarket is 1 min. away, the laundromat is practically in the same building and the bus stations are 5 minutes away. If you visit during winter you might want to pack some slippers, the floor is very cold.

Noisy neighbors, but it's not an owner fault.

We had a little trouble finding the accommodation as they were digging up the centre of Ayia Napa, this will be fixed when the roads reopen! Beautiful and well-appointed apartment with free parking. Great restaurant the Hungry Horse just down the road and a lovely supermarket and laundromat as well.

Might be better to place a couch in the lounge rather than a day bed. It would be more comfortable to sit on.

car park a bit small, one day somebody parked his car in front of the main entrance and we could not go out . we almost miss our boat tour .

Everything was great, and apartment and owners, we enjoyed our stay and for sure we are coming back! 😊

close to the road. sometimes vehicles doing noise, but it’s fine. also neighbors from the other apartments doing noise and it can be heard. my recommendation is to minimize the noise with an acoustic window and acoustic door. thanks, wonderful place to stay. Oz

The property was completely new and spotlessly clean. Also, it had all we needed, especially in the kitchen. Hosts were very nice and kind, helped us a a lot with the information about services in Cyprus. Absolutely no complaints! I totally recommend this property!
