Lovely and clean

Very clean rooms, nicely decorated with a beautiful view of the swimming pool and beach. The one who welcomed us, Ms.Lev was friendly and accommodating. The owner was also very nice and communicated well with us. It was also a walking distance to SM Bicutan shopping mall for easy shopping and dining, so we had a pleasant stay in Manila before our International flight. Thank you!

Our room was lovely and clean but what we didn't like was the Azure dining restaurant near the swimming pool area because they are slow in serving the food also computations of total payments is wrong. The food was ok though but it almost took them an hour to serve water even not so much customers. They need improvement with this to have a good review.

What you see is not what you get!

The Place we stayed is clean and spacious.

It is in the ground area. Because what i saw on the pictures uploaded in booking.com are not the same with the room i got. I prefer more in higher floor. (Better view) Thats one of the reason why i get this staycation. Even i haved to pay more than what i booked.😐

The room is very spacious and comfortable to stay. It has a strong internet connection, a nice TV for watching movies/videos online, a pantry, dining, living area, bedrooms with comfy beds, and a terrace with a nice view of the artificial beach resort of the property. Great place to relax without going far from the city.

Nothing to complain here but if I were to nitpick. It would be the location of the condominium. Nothing much to do and explore nearby, only 1 sm mall. Good thing there are some decent restaurants there.

Building itself and view

Area was too far...and transportation like taxi was difficult limited.weve experienced lots of luggage walking thru exit waiting for more than an hour.....especially we had a child with us worst experienced

Convenient & close to the airport.

Close to the airport, lovely apartment with access to artificial beach and pool facilities. Good for a couple with a small child. Nancy and Lev were very fast in communicating.

We had to wait for our room to be cleaned and the lobby was so small we had to stand in front of the elevators to wait.

close to shopping mall but very very busy traffic area w traffic. great communication w owner with process and directions. nice decor. bananas. TV, wifi

need floor towels, hand towels, more cups, soap and shampoo , body wash in shower. Very busy property so elevators slow and all check out same time. no toilet paper. noisy neighbors.

Perfect 3 days with the family.

Everything was as expected, scenery was amazing, swimming pool was secure. Had a great time with the family, highly recommended for families looking for a hotel.

Nice relaxing break

The apartment was well suited for 6 people and was very clean and comfortable, good aircon and shower, the two toilets was a benefit also. Lovely view of the complex and pool area.

It was an awesome stay with some few hiccups

it accommodated me and 4 of my family members. Nice place and I really liked that the a/c were really cold.

Lovely modern clean apartment with good wave pool and artificial beach.

Although we knew we had to pay extra to use wave pool and artificial beach you do not get use of the 2 other swimming pools which are for residents only

Great Stay!

I like the location and the amenities available in the area especially their wave pool with sand that makes you feel like you’re in the beach! The room is spacious with balcony and a view of the pool and is perfect for a family.

Only that the room has no Duvet. They provide only a thin blanket making you feel cold at night but overall I love the property.

Nice apartment with a friendly host

A very friendly and helpful host. A nice apartment that has everything you need. For a short stay absolutely fine.

Traffic around the area. I had chosen the apartment because it's close to the airport. At the end it took me longer to get to the airport from another hotel that I booked before.

It would’ve been worse had it not been for the front desk people and the room agent

you have to pay every time you use the wavepool and children’s play area. gym and other facilities are for owners only.

The Mermaid was a Splash !!!

I love this place I recommend it to everyone, it's a beautiful venue and everythi v house need is within walking distance.

The only thing I didnt like was not having the amenities available to me like the basketball court, and having to, pay a small fee to swim, otherwise everything else was perfect.

I would definitely recommend for others to try and experience the escape feom city within the city!

the unit specifically was exceptional thanks to our host! and the location was accessible around the city a perfect staycation to those who doesn’t want to go far

the use of pool could have been included for the package cost or At least one time payment for the access of using the pool area depending on the length of stay

Comfy apartment in Manila

Quite neighborhood in Manila. The owner is very friendly & helpful, and quick to respond to messages. We used the apartment for two days before travelling further. Great security. Vaccination records and passports were required prior to arrival. Nice, comfortable apartment. The apartment comes with a bed, sofa bed and kitchenette and private bathroom as shown on the bookings.com website. The balcony leads straight to the wave pool area with is very convenient.

Far from the main tourist attractions.

A little rocky at first, but once we got the 12th floor condo it was our little paradise.

The 12th floor condo was absolutely breathtaking, and made up for the problems I had with the 1st floor condo. Beautiful view and my girlfriend loved it! Amazing location, and wavepool was a blast! The rooms were clean, and had comfortable beds. Staff and security were extremely helpful and we left satisfied.

The 1st floor condo I had on the first week wasn't what I imagined, and there was an awful smell I couldn't find the source of. Later I was told that was the garbage room next door. Also we didn't get much of an orientation when we arrived late at night. So we didn't know the rules or routines of the establishment until a day or so later.
