Home away from Home

It's like walking into your own place, always clean , have your own kitchen , bedroom and bathroom, washer and dryer also.

Great place, appreciate being able to get answers to questions quickly ‼️

Nice place to stay, very comfortable, well stocked, great decor

only complaint is the living room and bedroom floors could have been more clean

Cozy, perfect view and very clean.

Everything was perfect! Balcony view, the River the ducks the lights, etc. Cottage was very cozy, loved the fireplace. I would definitely go back to stay here.

The rooms were clean and you had everything you needed to use in the kitchen.

We had a very nice and relaxing stay! Loved every minute of our stay in this lovely Condo!

We loved the Condo being on the ground floor. Very convenient to everything in Pigeon Forge! We loved the layout of the Condo. Condo was very comfortable and quiet! Loved feeding the ducks and geese! Nice view from the balcony.

Was unhappy that there was no Hot Tub, everything else was great!

Adorable little condo

It is an adorable little condo. Just off the main drag and convenient to a lot of the main attractions. It was clean and quiet. The ducks, geese and river was a nice plus. Well furnished and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

There are really no complaints.

wonderful and relaxing when we were there

Location was AWESOME...we normally get a cabin but not any more we were so pleased with this condo that we will definitely only use it when we make another trip...loved the balcony and the birds and the beaver we watched each day...thank you for such a great clean apartment we loved it!!!

Best week with my Memaw, Nana, granddaughters and myself catching up and reminiscing ❤️

Everything was great and it’s even better than the pictures! The river is nice at night while sitting on balcony. My granddaughters loved it! They both had a stomach virus while we were there and being in the condo was easier for me to care for them. Thank you you for everything! I will definitely be coming back!

Home Away From Home-Great Location!

Minutes from everything we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge! Right off of the strip with a nice homey feel. Ducks and geese visited daily as we sat on the patio overlooking the river. The River Cottage was nicely furnished and decorated for Fall-even had a wreath on the door, which was a nice touch! Kitchen had all the amenities needed and bathrooms were furnished with soft absorbent towels. Beds had cute smoky mountain bear themes with extra soft sheets. Really enjoyed spending time relaxing at the condo when we weren’t out enjoying the Pigeon Forge attractions, shows, shops and restaurants.

Living room could use a table lamp or standing lamp. The overhead lighting in the ceiling fan is a bit bright to have on in the evenings while watching TV. Maybe an extra face washcloth (for makeup) but not a big deal. Everything was great!

Location, but was originally hard to find. Name listed was not same name on the property. Were able to check in early

No tissues, soap dispensers in shower not working well and not well identified, shower water did not drain well in master, lights not very bright in living area, no hair dryer in front bathroom. All three TVs were on when we got there.

The layout of the condo was perfect, the condo was very up to date and exceptionally clean! Overall a wonderful stay at an awesome condo! We will return!

Great place to stay in a great location .

Loved feeding the geese and ducks. We visited at the wrong time to be able to enjoy events and things to do in Pigeon Forge because it was too crowded. But we did ride to Cade Coves and saw bears 😁

The 2nd bedroom needs a bigger bed but my friends said it was comfortable.
