Amazing, splendid and surreal

It is a really comfortable and spacious apartment. It was a pleasant stay and specially the staff like nana and le were very helpful and kind. They made sure to make our stay a comfortable, leisurely and happy. The room are spacious and there is a huge balcony which makes it even more mesmerising

hôm đó gia đình tôi tới sớm hơn giờ check-in 1 tiếng nhưng khách sạn vẫn hỗ trợ check-in. Phòng thì rộng rãi,giường to 2 người nằm dư sức. Ngoài ra phòng còn có cửa sổ to ngắm được view thành phố

rất tốt, phòng sạch sẽ, gọn gàng thoải mái rộng lắm mn ơi

cúp nước nếu khắc phục được tình trạng cúp nước thì sẽ rất tuyệt vời, nếu khắc phục được thì mình sẽ quay lại lần 2

Great location. Well equipped, terrible beds.

Location was great, out of the way but short walk (by our standards) to food. Easy access to transport. Was exactly what we needed for our family of 4 who were just sleeping and regrouping in the room. Super friendly, helpful staff. Good hot shower. Lovely and clean, good layout.

The beds…so hard. We felt like rotisserie chickens we had to turn over so many times to not get bruised. Both our beds were the base of a double ensemble with a thin pillow top over them. Not a spring in sight. No give. I am bruised after 3 nights. No one slept well.

Il y avait des travaux dans la résidence et donc beaucoup de bruit et le poussière. Odeur pas très agréable dans la chambre Il ne propose que du salé pour le petit déjeuner (soupe, oeufs,...) et c'est vraiment très gras. Rapport qualité /prix plus que moyen

Nói chung là tốt, nên ở.

Địa điểm khá dễ tìm. Lễ tân thân thiện. Phòng giống ảnh, khá rộng rãi, thoải mái.

2 hôm đầu tiên mình đến không có nước nóng, mình có hỏi lễ tân thì được giải thích là do khách đông nên hết nước nóng. Hôm đó cuối tuần nên khách sạn full phòng. Các hôm khác thì nước nóng đầy đủ. Phòng cách âm hơi kém nên trong phòng có thể nghe rõ bên ngoài. Phòng nhỏ hơn so với mô tả.

Good location. Not very helpful personal. acceptable equipement

The key I was with my family and a group of friend, the key of the room did not function and my friend 's family had to wait outside late for the hotel to have technician to open the room

The bathroom is not well equipped, towel are a litle bit dark, toillette paper are in pour quality.

Concrete-like beds, no balcony, no hot water, staff lying. It was atrocious!

Dịch vụ chăm sóc khách hàng tốt

Chỗ nghỉ có lễ tân hỗ trợ 24/7. Mình đi xe đến nơi tầm 4h sáng thì có bạn hỗ trợ hành lý với thuê xe tại khách sạn đi săn mây luôn, cũng rất tiện nha. Đi đến tầm 10:30 thì mấy bạn đã gọi báo là có phòng cho mình rồi. Nói chung là hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, hỏi quán ăn cũng hướng dẫn chi tiết. Hài lòng!

Lễ tân 24/7 nhiệt tình, có hỗ trợ check-in sớm với giữ hành lý cho mình. Mình đến sớm 3h sáng gọi thì bạn vẫn ra mở cửa nhẹ nhàng xong hỗ trợ gửi hành lý với thuê xe đi săn mây luôn. Đến 10h30 thì bạn gọi báo có phòng vì có khách trước trả sớm, miễn phí nha. Nói chung dịch vụ chăm sóc khách hàng tốt, phòng giá mềm!

The quiet neighbourhood. Cooking facilities and washing machine.

Moldy walls. Creased comforter which looked Abit dirty. Cushion had odour. Tap from washing basin was leaking making toilet constantly wet.

Was okay but would not stay again

Spacious room with strong WiFi. Washing machine was great and there was some detergent to use. Able to hire scooter easily.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The shower temperature was a little temperamental… not nice when you want to warm up after a cold day in Da Lat. Location is a bit far out so not ideal if you are not prepared to hire a scooter. Despite booking.com saying they took card payments, they could not get the machine to work and we had to withdraw cash anyway
