It's up hill away from town but you would not get the view otherwise

- everything was just as we expected - beautiful view - clean apartment - air conditioner - comfortable beds - nice host - a lot of space in the apartment

- host can’t speak English (but we were still able to communicate somehow, he is a really nice person!) - house is located very high, and getting there by feet can be quite challenging. I don’t recommend to stay here without a car. That is a price for a beautiful view I guess. - couch in a living room is quite old and small for 4 people. A bigger one, or additional armchair, would be perfect.

The apartment and terrace overlooking the sea exceeded my expectations. The most beautiful place I have ever been, beautiful surroundings, peace and quiet.

I liked pretty much everything about Villa Lavendel. Better to have transport for the location, but it's still central enough to get to Trogir and other locations. The hosts were available, attentive & helpful. The accommodation was clean, airy, roomy and the terrace and the view were spectacularly good. Can't fault the experience.

Hadn't realised there's a helicopter pad & hangar directly opposite the terrace. Pretty noisy during the day (I imagine only for peak holiday season, but can't say). The (Split) airport runway is also directly opposite, but the other aircraft were pretty quiet by comparison. To be fair, I hired the apartment to be able to work as well as explore the area, so this may be a non-issue for most.
