El servicio fue insuperable !! El encargado estuvo SIEMPRE atento a lo que se necesitará!!

El Internet fallaba bastante... sin embargo es un lugar al cual vas a desconectarte del mundo así que no es tan grabe esta situación...Más si debería mejorarse ...

Affordable place to stay for a few or two, about 10 minute walk from the centre of town

Comfortable and clean room with en suite bathroom. A large fridge and coffee machine

The wifi wasn’t great however did the job

I would recommend this place for anyone staying in La Fortuna.

It’s clean, close to the city center. There’s a shower, clean towels. There’s a restaurant just downstairs, the staff are very friendly and always ready to help.

A cute room with a small uncomfortable bed

A cute small room with a nice bathroom (hot water), a fridge, a complimentary coffee and tea in the room and welcome drinks during check-in, a nice view of the volcano from the share balcony, plenty of towels..

Very very small bed. Be prepared to wake up early (the accommodation is next to a busy road)

Nice short stay & great location

Great location, short walk down the road to El Salto Swing and we even did a nice (quite tough) walk to the La Fortuna Waterfall. Also a big supermarket just a couple of minutes walk away & the main Santa Elena town is a short, easy 5-10 mins walk. It had a great view of the volcano as well from the balcony in front. We ate in their restaurant Cafe Mediterráneo which is really good super tasty pizza’s & pasta’s & perfect if you don’t want to go far.

Was a struggle to sleep in the morning as it’s located on a busy road and you can hear everything from the bedroom, not sound proof at all. Be nice to have a few little amenities, soap in the shower had run out & no glasses or even a little kettle for the morning. The reception is closed when the restaurant is closed which makes it hard to enquire about things.

The location is really good, there's a supermarket and restaurants nearby. The apartment is huge with kitchen, a big room and good bathroom with hot water. There's AC on the room and fans on room and kitchen. There's also 2 TVs with Netflix. Staff was really helpful.

Comfortable room in a convenient location

Very nice room in a convenient location for our stay in La Fortuna. Check-in was very straightforward and the room was even nicer than expected and very clean. We had a good sleep and overall a comfortable stay at this place, would definitely recommend, especially for the price.

The only minus were the sockets that were not so easy to find and a bit inconvenient to use, as the lamps were already plugged on them. Otherwise, it all went really well during our stay.

Very good

Very pretty room with both AC and fan. Everything was very clean. The owners let us leave our luggage in their restaurant after check-out until we got picked up by out taxi.

It was a bit difficult to get in touch with the staff as the reception was in the restaurant. Not a disadvantage, but I don't know where else to put it: it took 10-ish minutes to walk to city center. Taxis didn't seem to know the name of the hotel, but they knew the restaurant Café Mediterraneo which were just next to each other.

Pleasant

Unfortunately we discovered 2 huge and other small cockroaches in the room and lots of ants. The owner helped to get rid of them but we didn’t feel really great after that. The room itself was okay - really basic but we expected that. The location is not as said online right in the city Center but it’s only a 7 minute walk, which was fine.

Great room and Affordable.

The room was very nice with a good shower, ceiling fan, good air conditioning and a great Italian restaurant attached. Working smart television with very good wifi. If you don't have difficulty sleeping with sporadic loud road noise and can travel up and down stairs to get to your room this is a great room for the value.

The road noise was a bit loud. Once we played a white noise audio we were fine. We stayed here 18 days.

Great location, very nice staff and amazing pizza!

Room is very nice, has aircon and we got lots of towels. Shower is nice and hot which was great and the view from the patio is super. We wanted to have dinner in the restaurant once but it was so great that we eat there all evenings. They have dogs and a rabbit and it was lovely to play with them in the mornings while we were waiting for the transfers. Later check in and early check out was possible as well so everything was fantastic. And the best that it was quiet, we finally slept so well after so many bad nights, this was our best stay in costa rica!

Exceptional

We had a fantastic stay at Villas Fernanda. It was a quick five minute walk from town, and was very reasonably priced for a rather expensive area. The room and bathroom were comfortable, new and very clean. There is a beautiful view of the volcano from the balcony. The owner was very responsive and helpful with everything we needed. Plus there is a delicious Italian restaurant right in front of the room!

Comfy room, easy walk to town, right next to a delicious Italian restaurant

Giovanni was a great host and we felt super welcome. The restaurant was about three feet away and was delicious and we ate there about four times, The wine, pizza, and pasta were all top-notch and Byron and the other waiters were friendly and understood good service. The view of the volcano was amazing and the property was beautiful. They had a little bunny hopping around the backyard and the area was stocked with pleasant wildlife and exciting sounds. The bed was comfy and the tv worked great to watch our Netflix shows.

The wifi did work but the signal could have been stronger and at times it went in and out which can be frustrating if you work from the room.

Great place to stay, especially for that price!

Everything was great! Extremely helpful staff, location very close to the main street of La Fortuna, beautiful view on volcano, nice restaurant located just few steps away, amazing room, very clean and very new!

We couldn't stay longer ;)

Exceptional

Really clean room. Bathroom is clean and new with nice shower Bedroom has beautiful comfortable bed Great location, look out from balcony on volcano and 5 minute walk into centre of town. The best part is the connected restaurant - we had the most beautiful meal with exceptional service from the wait staff. We had a really good experience here

The room is a little small and there are stairs up to the room which may not be appropriate for all travelers
