Best studio!

Friendly & polite staff, location was close to town centre. The studio was warm, cosy, and clean. We had all the facilities.

Accomodation was really perfect, wery nice, clean, equipment was perfect everything was there towes shampoo, toothbruds, toothpaste, haardryer and also thee coffie, just perfect for the price

Exceptional

Lots of space, huge bedroom, huge livingroom and kitchen,, great location, very clean modern place, in the centre of sibiu. I would come back. The host was amazing very pleasant , helpfull with suggestions.

need to pay for street parking everyday w very tight space as it is in most europe cities , but there is no other choice downtown, no matter where you stay not their fault.

Great location for sightseeing, spacious apartament but a host that lacks superior social skilss.

Location is perfect for walks in the old center, everything except Astra Museum is in walking distance, also the kitchen has a lot of appliances and the rooms are generous in space.

There were some punctual problems that I would like to mention: - the door handle from the front door of the flat has a technical issue, if you want to lock the door, you must lift the door handle to a near vertical position and then lock it, if you have a medical problem with your upper limbs, you might find it difficult to do that; - the bathroom has a persistent sewer odour if you do not keep the window open and, since in Sibiu the average temperature outside in the cold season is rather cold, this can be rather uncomfortable; - in the bedroom there are chairs/armchairs/table (there is a small table with a poted plant on it), the same goes out for the entrance hall so if you wish to undress from the outside or to dress to go outside you must use the sofa in the living room or the bed in the bedroom; - the communication skills of the host are rather low, the fridge was not functioning properly (it did not cool at all) and all the food that I bought for my 4 day stay was not edible any more. I contacted the host and told him to refund my food money and he insisted to repeat for 3 times in a row that the fridge issue was spontanous and even at a 5-star hotel it could hapen. The location is not a 5-star location and at a 5 stat location the guest is not scoled for a technical issue that has nothing to do with him/her. I consider that the host was rude in dealing with this problem. - the remote controls do not work properly

Best option for Sibiu

The host Dacian, was very nice and helpful. Comfortable beds, excellent rooms, very clean, the kitchen endowed with all you need, (including coffee and tea). Great location (very close to Grand Square) but we didn't went out because we had dinner in the very nice garden (for us this was the biggest added value of the location and the reason we will come back here every time we will come in Sibiu)

I really don't now, everything was perfect!!!!

Sibiu is a beautiful city and we hope to return again someday.

The location was perfect- in the historic old town, but on a quiet side street. It was easy to walk everywhere. The apartment is very large, and had everything we needed for a week's stay. The host was very responsive and checked regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Excellent

The property is in the center of Sibiu, is very clean and you have all you need for a long stay. Additionally, if you need to reach the Sibiu aeroport, the bus no 11 is very close as well - 5 min walk from the location.

Great and comfy stay!

Dacian is a great host! He and his wife are very nice welcoming people. The apartment is as described; very spacious, clean and nice. All amenities were there, he and his wife even put coffee, tea and wine for us which is rare in other rental places and very appreciated from my side! The bed and pillows were super comfy and the bathroom was very nice and modern. The decoration of the place was very nice. The location is exactly in the oldtown, hence everything is in walking distance. Parking was available in-front of the building. I would definitely recommend Dacian's place and would stay here again next time.

We were very happy with our experience

Everything was perfect. The host was very friendly and helpful. The position of the house is excellent, close to the center, but also away from all the noise. The rooms, were big and clean and the beds were very comfy. The apartment has all the necessary facilities. They are all working to perfection. Very happy with our choice.

Very large space, very large bed, a lot of pillows on the bed. Parking in front of the house (reserved, but paid). Spotlessly clean and a great price. Has anything you can think of, from toothpaste - toorhbrush, slippers to a water tank. Just perfect.

THe only disadvantage is that you have to get up at 8 to pay the parking if you don´t have a romanian phone. No other flaws whatsoever.

Convenient, spacious, comfortable.

The main thing for us was that the apartments were in the center. Very welcoming host. Booked a place an hour before check-in. The owner immediately contacted us and offered to leave our baggage because the apartment has not yet been cleaned after the previous occupants. Everything went smoothly. Thanks a lot!

Everything was perfect. Will definitely be back next year!
