The booking.com listing does not do this property justice. The place's own website fails to do it justice. The Rocky Point Ranch is a true gem of a BNB. Part of it is the spacious, well-appointed ranch house right on the river but mostly it is the atmosphere provided by the proprietors, who are the most genuine and hospitable people I have ever rented accommodations from.

If you are an experienced traveler and know what that region of Montana is like, you will have no problems. If you aren't well it's 70mph 2-lane roads and no advanced signage for any street. Newbies and first timers should make every effort to get there during daylight hours for their first approach.

We had such a wonderful time staying at the ranch. The setting is breathtaking and we didn’t have enough time to take it all in. The ranch is very close to great hiking and the beautiful town of Thompson Falls. The breakfast was always delicious and the host were very accommodating and helpful. Thank you so much for the hospitality. I hope we can visit again in the future.

Everything: the location, the beautiful outdoor spaces, the kindness of the owners and definitely the delicious homemade breakfast.

Located between Thompson Falls and Pine it is a well-maintained ranch with numerous antiques inside and out with very warm and gracious hosts.
