Lovely stay in San Salvador

I loved it

The complimentary breakfast was really good. The restaurant is delicious and it’s very healthy. The price is very good. You have to wait a few minutes for the water to warm up in the shower, but it’s great water pressure and huge bathroom. The soap was great.

I had a few mosquitos in my room.

Excellent choice at a great price

The restaurant area is like a Botanical Garden with the peaceful sound of running water and lush plants. The complimentary breakfast includes freshly squeezed orange juice and very delicious coffee. I had the granola with yogurt and fruit which I really enjoyed. The dinner menu is filled with healthy organic options. I had read that they were slow, so I just asked what was a quick option and the “bowls” took less than 5 minutes and it was truly delicious. I had Guanaco Bowl one day and Ki-Noa Bowl the next day. I found the room comfortable. I’ve read that the “blanca” room was noisy, but I found that it was quiet. The bed was medium firm which I liked. I had no issues with that room, except I killed a few mosquitos. The staff is always smiling and very friendly. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and the food.

Peaceful days.

Habitación cómoda, personal amable, nos encanta las opciones saludables del restaurante y la tienda de alimentos dentro del hotel.

Quizás poco espacio para parqueo , pero siempre te ayudan a acomodar tu vehículo

Lugar super recomendado

Excelente lugar. La amabilidad de su personal. La ubicación es excelente, zona segura, cerca de Centros Comerciales, restaurantes y ligares de Interes. Es un hotel pequeño, pero muy acogedor. Me gusto mucho que debía salir a las 6:00 a.m al aeropuerto y ese día me empqcaron el desayuno. Tiene plancha de ropa en la habitación, articulos de aseo y buen aire acondicionado. Recomendadísimo el lugar.

OK for a short stay but not a great nights sleep.

Location was very good, next to a number of bars and restaurants in a nice part of town. The check-in desk was extremely friendly.

A lot of the items listed on the room (eg. hairdryer, wall sockets next to bed, soundproof room, etc.) did not actually exist. The room was extremely noisy from attached bars and restaurants.

Will definitely come back to Cinco Hotel.

Excellent breakfast. Super friendly servers. Garden like setting. Wake up to birds singing. Super quiet for bedtime. Amparo was the best, always smiling, very welcoming demeanor. Marańon seed milk for your coffee! Go for it.

Need more vacation time.

Disappointing

It was clean

No bottle water had to go to the front desk and request for it, No coffee maker in room as it was stated, no hot water, front desk girl at the desk was not amiable and very condescending attitude when commenting about mishaps. At breakfast the waitress arguing with kitchen about order. The shower had no soap dish to place soap or shampoo I had to place items on the floor. I have stayed before at this hotel and quality has gone down in comparison to previous stays . Will not be using the facilities in the future.

Beautiful design, there's even a kitchen you can cook yourself in. Spacious bathrooms and rooms. Great wifi.
