sehr nette Gastgeber (bereits sehr gute EMail Korrespondenz im Vorfeld); sehr nettes, gemütliches Zimmer, alles Notwendige ist vorhanden; sehr sauber; Gartennutzung; sehr gutes, liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück und gut gefüllter Kühlschrank - gute, ruhige Lage (Haltestelle Bus 762 1 Min. zur Unterkunft - 15 Min bis zur City); insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert

Our ‘go to’ place when staying in Auckland and a great start to our NX adventures

This was a return trip, Terry and Cindy provided another warm welcome, the whole stay was very relaxing . A lovely spacious, self contained room, with everything you need in a great location. But best of all was Terry’s scrambled eggs and Cindy’s Scones 😋 !!

There’s nothing to dislike.

Very gracious host and hostess. They made us welcome in New Zealand and would recommend their BnB.

The accommodations and breakfast were outstanding. When we had a vehicle issue, Terry took us to his local mechanic to correct the issue. He went over and above any expectation of a host.

Super leuk huisje!

De gastvrijheid van Cindy en Terry geeft je een ontzettend welkom gevoel. Het huisje is super schoon, mooi ingericht en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Locatie is prima, je bent zo in de stad met de bus die vaak rijdt.

A wonderful and comfortable place for an extended stay.

A large roomy B&B, well equipped to allow cooking and dining. Free wifi. The proprietors Cindi and Terry are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room has a beautiful relaxing garden view and the fridge was stocked with unexpected extras - jams, orange juice, butter and milk, and a jar of cookies on the table. Great location in the MIssion Bay area with nearby restaurants. Only a few minutes away from Auckland Harbour and downtown, and close to the exceptional Auckland Aquarium with its penguins. A real keeper.

Highly recommend Cindy & Terry’s bed and breakfast and would absolutely stay again

A fantastic location near the city. A gorgeous unit, nice and private, and the breakfast was lovely. Cindy and Terry are wonderful and helpful hosts.

The wifi isn’t the best but this didn’t affect our stay in the slightest

Superb

Hosts were amazing they go above & beyond provide a great breakfast & give you the opportunity to get to know them.Room we had,had everything we needed including being able to cater for ourselves.It was bigger than expected & private.Shower had great pressure & good hot water.Bed was super comfortable. Wonderful clean place to stay. The small touches of fruit & cookies was wonderful The wifi signal wasn't strong but that never fazed us,we were too busy to worry about that. Having a carpark outside the room was great.

We couldn't fault this place.

Terry and Cindy are amazing hosts and provide a beautiful place to stay.

There was a variety of exceptional food in the room to meet everyone taste. One evening we returned from a long day out and Cindy had closed the windows and blinds and put the heaters on. It was lovely. Though it is a bed and breakfast, there were amenities to cook inner which was awesome. Terry was great with directions and dinner advice.

Terry and Cindy are really friendly and offer an excellent level of service. Breakfast and beverages excellent. Even a jar of biscuits for supper and a bowl of fruit. Room great size with proper kitchen dining and sofa area. Comfortable bed and nice outlook to courtyard.

Terry and Cindy have thought of everything to make their guests feel comfortable and welcome. The accommodation was so clean comfortable and stylish, with views outside to the tropical garden and outdoor seating that made me wish that the weather had been better so that we could have taken advantage of the garden too. Cindy was very welcoming and we will do our best to get in early and book the best accommodation in this location. Thank you both so much

Exceptional

Cindy and Terry were great hosts - friendly and welcoming. They replenished our breakfast supplies each day (we loved that we had eggs, Vogels bread, cereal and yoghurt as part of the offerings). The room was clean, quiet and private and the bed very comfortable. The outdoor courtyard area looked so inviting and it was unfortunate that the rainy weather meant we didn’t use it. It is close to public transport with the bus stop only 1 minute walk away., an easy walk to an excellent cafe (Good Day cafe).

It got better every day, the more I experienced the kindness of my hosts!

I came out of managed isolation and had to stay in PRIVATE ISOLATION for another couple of days. This detached unit is singularly well suited to the purpose

Delightful!

Very attentive hosts and a lovely comfortable room. The breakfast provisions were excellent (though cooking eggs seemed a bit much, so we stuck to toast and cereal), and the unit was immaculately clean.

Only negative is that the internet was a bit patchy, so I wouldn't recommend if you need to connect to work email or play streaming games.

Fantastic hosts, we will definitely be back

The location was perfect for us with our son living within a 10 minute drive. Was close to Newmarket shops etc. The breakfast was lovely and we were lucky to be involved in some very interesting discussions over it.

I am struggling to find something that we did not like. There were loads of little extras, and certainly everything you needed for a comfortable stay.

Best, friendliest Air BnB experience ever

Hosts cooked breakfast for us (price all included in tariff) and we 4 all ate together. Overall a very personable experience. The most amiable hosts we have had the good fortune to meet and when we return to AKL will definitely stay with them again
