Walking distance to restaurants was a plus. Loved the Inns location and coziness.

We loved our stay here, This is a beautiful Inn that goes above and beyond to make guests comfortable. Sweet little surprise extras truly shows how much these people want you to enjoy your stay. Extremely clean. We sat on the large porch drinking coffee and watching life in the neighborhood while waiting for friends. Visit Nestle Inn if you need to relax and recharge.

Much better than staying in a hotel! The Inn was quiet and comfortable. Fantastic neighborhood.

Self check in was terrific, bed was super comfortable and it was nice to have a nice cold soda when we first arrived. Great experience!

Easy to find partner cafe and the food/drinks were great!

Room was on the warmer side but once we started up the fan, included inside the room, we were able to sleep well.

Breakfast at CoatCheck was also very good. Excellent croissants & latte!

I love how comfortable the bed was and all of the common spaces

being on the bottom floor was a little noisy

nothing. it was perfect. it is self check in and out, so we didn’t interact with property owner, etc (that’s why that question didn’t get the highest rating). but they are easily available by phone if anything is needed

Parking was difficult to locate. I paid $10 for an overnight not knowing a voucher was in my room. The voucher should be something downloaded so visitors have it on hand.

It is very convenient if you are interested in exploring downtown Indianapolis on foot. A very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. I and my family really enjoyed it!

Just the parking situation.

The location was good, and close to the venue we were in town to visit. The room was very nice, and the staff left a valentine's note and box of chocolate, which was immensely appreciated. And checking in was very easy, which made the stay a lot nicer.

Parking in the city, especially near the building as we didn't want to walk from the school parking lot, was very difficult. I also couldn't get the wifi password to work, though that may have been my own error. Also, I tried contacting the staff at some point and was unable to reach them.
