Location was on point which has its plus’s and minus. Beautiful garden around the house and hot breakfast.
Noise at night, some of the staff was condescending and unhelpful. Room was clean but floors, furniture and tiles in bathroom were in need of repair especially for $400 night.

The gardens are magnificent. They need to really highlight how beautiful the area is. The breakfast was a wonderful bonus. Their communication is excellent.

Beautiful gardens & grounds, the pool was lovely, the room was handicap accessible & it included the breakfast too.
to get up the stairs to get access to the main office is difficult for people who have difficulty walking.

I realize the property is old as most accommodations are in Key West but some minor maintenance could help.

Great location. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast included was good. Free cold beverage on arrival.
Extremely small room. Bathroom shower should be condemned (faucet no longer attached to wall and almost impossible to turn on). Outdoor light on all night made for difficult sleeping due to inadequate window coverings.
