The aromatic scent in the room was very strong. the air conditioner was very noisy.

Nice pool, good breakfast provided, ice machine, and water purification. Staff was very accommodating.

The only issue with the property is that is situated two buildings over from a popular night spot. You may have some background noise during the evening.

Location right on the ocean. Pool was well maintained. Bed was comfortable.

Main door was a patio door that had a very finicky lock. Like all Keys accommodation it was quite expensive.

Location is perfect for accessing Old Town Key West. The room was full of historic charm and nicely appointed. The pool was warm, clean and very convenient, Providing towels was a great bonus. The breakfast was great and the staff was excellent.

We stayed in Room 6. Hot water was very VERY limited in room 6. This unit was extremely small for our 4 night stay. Because of the extremely small foot print of the room the walls are scuffed and scratched up. This room should be completely cleaned and freshly painted and the hot water should be fixed and the air conditioner should be replaced. Room 6 was by far the smallest and also the most poorly furnished room when compared to the interiors of 3 other rooms I saw during our stay. Going strictly on the price of our stay, there is zero value in Room 6

Private entrance with our own porch right next to the pool. The room was perfect. Breakfast was delicious.

Painters were right outside our room every day which was somewhat distracting but we understood it needed to get done.

The location was good, a 12 minute walk to sunset pier.

The floor in our room had a weak spot that would “give“ every-time we stepped on it. More notable, we had small white bugs crawling all over the top of our fridge. When we told the front desk workers (on 2 separate occasions) we were told they were sugar ants - they were not. The front desk said they would spray for them but it did not resolve the issue. We showed them a video to show they were NOT ants but they dismissed us.

The location of the property is fantastic but what we loved the most is the pool!

Coco Plum was the ideal fit for our trip to Key West. Perfect location. Rooms and facilities clean and in excellent condition. Bed was very comfortable. Friendly staff. Tasty, cooked to order breakfast. Just right for a quick couples trip. This place has everything you need and nothing that you don’t.
