I liked everything about my stay - the convenient location to all attractions, complimentary breakfast, very comfortable room/bed/shower, friendly staff, a small garden area with tables and chairs to enjoy our breakfast outdoors before the day started, and plenty of parking nearby.

Beautiful house, great hosts, very clean room and a comfy bed. Close to the nain street yet quiet. Delicious breakfast.

Very nice staff and good communication. We came early to Key West, they sent us a message on booking as soon as our room was ready. There was a cute breakfast with nice options, we especially enjoyed the pastries and coffee from local vendors. The thing we were very surprised by, was the happy hour in the afternoon, when there was some vodka and cranberry out for us to enjoy. Well done!

close to the main attractions and quiet

if they put you in room 12/11 (at the front of the house) anyone walking by or sitting on the porch can see into your room even though the blinds are shut.

Breakfast was OK. Mostly prepackaged items. Nothing cooked on property.

The rooms were small and modest, the bathroom was dated with noisy fan, bathtub had corroded rusting in the piping area, the window blinds in bedroom were broken, no closet in the room armoire only

We were given the ‘loft’ room and although I am only 5’1”, we kept hitting our heads against the sloping ceiling. No natural light and lamps had to be left on at all times. 2 Single beds in room (looked like it was a room for kids)! Each day had to clean the shower first before using because of bugs/larvae. asked to be moved to another room and was told there were no vacant rooms and the manager in charge wasn’t even concerned that I complained to him. We had 2 rooms booked (went with another couple) and their room was ok. it cost us the same money (a lot) and I felt we should get a refund but they were not interested in discussing any of the issues we had. This is the first time I have had to make a complaint and do a bad review. The only plus point was that the location was good.

. Only thing that I didn't like was the trash pick up truck and the chickens making noise early morning lol! But that was not your fault ! Very nice place !

The house was beautiful, staff was very friendly and attentive, and the location couldn't get any better. Our room was clean and very comfortable.

The only downside is that there is no parking onsite and parking across the street at the post office is really expensive. I think they could do a better job of explaining the parking situation and suggesting reasonably priced lots for guests who are driving into town and need to leave their cars somewhere for the weekend.
