Kleines Paradies direkt am Strand

Alles super! Leckeres Frühstück. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist traumhaft.

Es wäre super, wenn es einen Wasserspender geben würde, um seine Trinkflasche auffüllen zu können.

Popoyo’s little Gem!!!!

This property exceeded our expectations! Located right on the beach and walking distance to local surf spots. The staff were great and the rooms were clean & comfortable. We had an awesome stay with our two young boys & dog. Already looking forward to our next stay! :)

Nice place but too small for larger groups or family.

Great location and the beds were very comfy. We paid extra to have air conditioning and it was nice and cold. The bathroom had good water pressure for our shower.

The rooms are very small and although we had a room that slept 4 people, I would not have wanted to have to share such a small space with children or really anyone other than my husband, as there was very little room to move around in the room. As well, the restaurant was not open on which ever day it was we arrived (I believe it was either a Monday or Tuesday) which was rather inconvenient.

Magnificent Stay, Hope to Return Soon

Loved the property which is beautifully maintained throughout. Right on the ocean with an exceptional ocean front restaurant and bar. Food was first rate, breakfast was excellent, rooms were clean and comfortable. Theresa is a great host and all the staff is very pleasant and helpful.

The hotel doesn't provide any bottled water or a way to get clean water once the restaurant is closed. I don't know why they couldn't put a water dispenser in the restaurant area for guests, especially since the restaurant closes early a couple of nights per week, 4:00 pm and it is important to keep hydrated in the Nicaraguan heat.

The place is nice but the stuff should do a little bit better

The place has really nice location, nice view and the interior and exterior are nicely done

The included breakfast wasn’t fresh ( bread you could tell was not fresh and gallo pinto was old and dry) , drinks were not included ( but they should be) if the property tells you that breakfast included in price that you are paying for the night.

The tides sometimes mean it is hard to access Popoyo. Either need to plan or get car.

I wish we had a fridge. but none of our hotels in Nica did. so that’s just a wish. I loved the property and the hotel.

V comfy bed and good location

Massive comfy bed, air con on request, clean room and communal areas comfortable and clean, lovely beachfront location, quiet and other guests were also quiet, so peaceful atmosphere. Food was nice especially breakfast - peanut butter pancakes yum!

Menu could be varied a bit to keep it interesting for longer stays.

Superb

Casitas Pacific was confortable, very good food, the red Snapper and the banana pancakes were so so good! very friendly Staff, location with the view, Todo me encantó. I highly recommend this place to get away from the noise and to enjoy happiness and relaxation. the environment is exclusive because there are not many cabins and not so many people.

hard pillows. pay an extra 10 dollars to use air conditioning.

Superb

Very well and tastefully furnished accommodation. We had an upstairs room which is airy enough and doesn't need air conditioning. We recommend that. The restaurant is very good, we ate there most of our 3 days. Very pleasant hostess. From our point of view the best accommodation and the best restaurant in the corner. iIf you arrive by car, think of the long, bumpy sandy road there. We had a small car and drove part of the way in the dark. With the many potholes and water hurdles it is better to do it during the day.

Excellent. I plan on returning with my husband next year.

My daughter and I had a lovely visit. The owner Paola and her Mom and their beautiful golden retriever Simon were gracious hosts and answered all our questions with a smile. Comfortable clean rooms, excellent beds were wonderful. The food was delicious and the evening sunsets were incredible. This boutique hotel is an absolute gem.

Nice place on a nice beach

The design of the room was very nice, bed was comfortable and staff forthcoming and welcoming.

Too many moskitos, so installing a moskito net around the bed would be a good idea.

Very good

The location is great, beach front, super beautiful. Rooms were super clean, very cozy. Overall the place is super beautiful, we really enjoyed.

I was charged by 15% more to pay with credit card in the check out. I was not warned they had this policy and was not prepared to pay in cash. I recommend they warn the guests before so we would be prepared. Breakfast was good but not great. The bread was not super fresh, there was not variety of fruits (only watermelon and a few pieces of banana). Staff were not very kind and my worse experience was ordering an acai bowl. They literaly served me water (I think the acai was frozen and they had to add tons of water to be able to mix) and charged me 5 usd for this. It was disappointing.

Amazing.

The upstairs room had great airflow and never felt too hot. The roof was beautiful from the inside.

Only thing I would improve would be to give the ceiling fan in the room a service. It rattled when on but you get used to it - not a major issue.
