The location and service were great!
It was very old. The timber floor literally came off and we found bits and pieces of wood everywhere

Location is good. The room is spacious.
全屋得4間房，房間地板凹凸不平，毛巾灰色非常之舊，床單上有毛髮，廁所沒有抽氣扇，浴缸周邊發霉，而且沒有員工在場，有需要要用電話溝通。我book是為bathtub，但最終沒有用到。浪費金錢。

욕실바닥에 금이 갔어요 그래도 깨끗하게 잘 관리된 느낌 이었습니다.

Strategically located. Tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood with all the happenings a corner away! Best of both worlds!
Although the owner wasn’t always available in the establishment , any request was promptly met without the slightest hint of delay! You wouldn’t find such exceptional services elsewhere! Super helpful! And always went the extra mile!

Huge, super comfy room in a great location. Felt right at home
There are no regular staff on duty. so when, for example, I couldn’t get the TV to work, there’s no one to talk with.

Fantastic Location! Right in the heart of the trendy Nimmannen district, walk to shops, restaurants bars. Helpful and responsive staff. Cosy, large room and large balcony patio and very comfortable beds. Also liked having communal kitchen facilities to use. Also the complimentary laundry service was a plus.
The only thing would be daily housekeeping service. It was self catering. A housekeeper was on hand (not everyday) and we would have liked to get fresh towels more often and the room cleaned. We stayed for 9 nights and it would have been nice to have the housekeeper freshen up our room (change sheets, provide fresh towels) in between.

Great hotel, very comfortable bed and pillows, lots of hot water, a bathtub in room 4, iron and ironing board, a desk, sofa, power sockets in good places, clothes hangers, excellent cleaning of room, very friendly and helpful host, a big yes from me.

Everything. We did not even stay for one night. We left and found another wonderful hotel nearby for the same price. Booking.com and the hotel made the money and I lost!!!! The hotel was worth 500THB maximum, just for the location, I live in Thailand so I know Thailand hotels very well and what one should pay. Booking.com should so a much better job at vetting properties. This is the second 'Cozy' property we have just upped and left. Unfortunately we forgot about the name and the previous experience.
