De kamers zijn mooi ingericht. Het ontbijt is heel uitgebreid en lekker. Het hotel heeft een groot zwembad. Eigen parkeergelegenheid aan de achterzijde van het hotel.

De muziek aan het zwembad staat keihard. Erg storend. ER mogen ook mensen van buitenaf komen om te zwemmen. De kamers hebben erg weinig licht en de douche is erg klein.

В отеле, из сейфа, пропала крупная сумма денег. Персонал никак не помогал в расследовании, , просмотр камеры не дал результатов. Ответ администратора, что код от сейфа знаем только мы и наверняка забыли, что клали туда деньги. Звукоизоляция ужасная, слышно каждого посетителя, кровать шатается, подушки отвратительные, в ванной не было двери в душевую.

The service staff were really good. Seder and his assistants were proactive, attentive and just overall caring. One of the guys came at 430 am to help us with luggage proactively. They helped with booking the balloon and the Turkish nights etc. Great and proactive arrangements The location is excellent. Close to the town center and.easy walking back and forth.

Overall all the pics in the site look far better than the actual place. So be ready for some.dissapointment. it's not that the rooms are shabby, but they don't look mint condition and I have a decent tolerance. My biggest issue was that the room just stunk of dampness and there was this musty smell constantly. My bed was lined up against a wall as well and it was just unpleasant. Had to sleep with the windows open to let in some fresh air and so ended up with a massive cold by the end of the trip. Very damp and dingy essentially. Some of the pics of the valley etc are not even there in the actual hotel. So grest job at marketing it and they try and make up for it with great service. But they really need to get their rooms tip top.. Breakfast is just about ok. Nothing great to speak off. They can definitely improve the quality although the server tries very hard.

Nincs szekrény, polc, vagy fiók a szobában, csak egy akasztós, végig a padlón volt a bőröndünk és le kellett mindig hajolni, ha kerestünk valamit. Ronda a lépcső burkolat, kopott piros műfű. Rongyos a törölköző. Lyukas, rongyos a lepedő és nem fedi be a matracot, ami foltos. 1x1 méteres ablak van, sötét van a szobában. Nincs erkély, a tetőn van mindenki által használható 2 kopott kerti ülőgarnitúra, a kiteregetett lepedők, ruhák között. Nagyon illúzió romboló. A mosdókagyló teljes egészében ketté van repedve. Nincs szappantartó, a pultra kellett letenni a vizes szappant és onnan lekaparni, ha újra használni akarod. Egy darab undorító műanyag vízköves fogmosó pohár volt. A két kávéscsésze is különböző volt. Vennünk kellett magunknak két üvegpoharat, hogy tudjunk miből inni. A lenti szobák ablakai a zárt körfolyosóra nyílnak, nincs szellőzési lehetőség, büdös, áporodott szag volt. A szauna a fürdőszobából nyílt, ha valaki szaunázik nem lehet használni a WC-t. Az étterem és a medence az utca másik oldalán volt szemben ahol az úttest poros, nagy köves, burkolatlan volt, életveszélyes volt közlekedni rajta.

Todo! Es una gran opción para hospedarse. La habitación era amplia, cómoda y limpia. El hotel tiene piscina y el desayuno estuvo de 10! Volvería sin dudarlo. Lo recomiendo mucho! Está muy bien ubicado.

First time visiting Goreme and we had no idea how the transportation part worked so we decided to book a hotel between the center. Thank you Harun for letting us to check in 1 hour early and he also offered us free breakfast. The rooms were quite big, we had booked deluxe. The toilet surprised me that it only had a glass part of the shower. The pool was also very clean and big. the environment and service in the pool very good. breakfast with few options and no fruit, varied jams The lady in the kitchen in the morning and Harun were the two staff members that we are satisfied with, Harun helped us and suggested daily activity guides, we appreciate it

The toilet needed some maintenance,it was not very clean, the room was full of dust, the cleaners just systemized the room and didn't clean much dirt, I suggest you take shampoo with you because the liquids in the toilet are not of good quality. We are not at all satisfied with the cleanliness of the room for as much money as it costs for one night, I asked for an iron to iron the clothes and we got an iron that you were afraid to use because it was a waste, also the iron table was worn out, the top cover was torn, it was funky. The very rude cleaners did not greet you. The second time I asked for an ironing board, the receptionist replied that he doesn't know who. he took it and didn't even bother to ask. The prices of soft drinks in this hotel are super expensive Avoid this place.

Nothing to describe

Cleanliness was he first thing which we look an it was dirty . The room curtains and blankets were old and the same with linens, towels, and carpets with stains and dirt. The bed for was not comfortable , the pillows were not firm, and the temperature of the room. The bathroom was dirty and stingy, there was no water pressure and temperature, the cleanliness of the sink, toilet, and shower, and the availability of toiletries are pathetic

We booked the cave suite, so had a lounge room as well as the bedroom, both huge. Spa tub in the bedroom and sauna in bathroom - bonus ! The pool was a massive bonus after exploring all day, it was nice to relax and cool off. Breakfast was a huge buffet. Staff at reception were really helpful in suggesting day trips, quad-bikes etc.

When I checked in I noticed toilet had something stuck inside it and that it was not clean. Toilet is in a squeezed space between shower and the wall, I am a slim guy and I just could fit to use the toilet albeit it was uncomfortable. A larger person will never fit. The drinks and food around the pool area are a rip off, the price is so expensive! They let anyone from outside come and use the hotel pool for free! Internet was very poor and slow connection. Breakfast was basic and I could only eat cereal. No cooked eggs or toast. People were laundry there clothes and hanging them outside people’s rooms. Including underwear, disgusting, I complained to hotel but they did nothing. This is a very noisy hotel and staff start cleaning and making loud noise at 7am everyday, I did not sleep good here at all.

Location is good. Walking distance from the main viewpoint in Goreme.

Run down and old. Mattresses are no good and are long overdue for replacement. Towels have holes in them and the interior is definitely due for a revamp. You are not staying in a cave as the name of the property states but in a building. The images loaded on booking.com is also not what you can expect, they might have this room but we didnt get it. The hotel pool is also open to the public. Our toilet didn’t work properly as when you flushed you had to tap the flush a few times as the water didnt refill, we complained but they did nothing about it.

Lovely hotel, great room, excellent location, stunning pool, delicious and satisfying breakfast and most importantly Serdar, helped us and was attentive to us. He offered us to arrive early and have breakfast and helped us with everything we asked for. We will definitely come back again and recommend the hotel.

sauna didn’t really work properly (and it was one of the reasons why we booked the room). it heated up to certain temperature but it was just warm, not hot so couldn’t use it. bathroom needs redo - toilet seat was broken and kept coming off, bin should be replaced

the attendance from Mr. Harum was Excellent, who all the time is aware about providing advice and guidance of everithing you need including the best prices..

the shower is open making dificult not to wet the rest of the bathroom, and I would recoment to prepare a better coffee

Good location in the center of Goreme. They offer airport pick up for 10€ per person. Great rooftop for balloon watching at sunrise.

Hotel staff was very intense during check out telling our group we had to leave.

The staff really make this accommodation a fantastic option. The front desk staff (Harun and Elham) were the kindest and most helpful staff. The breakfast chefs were also very kind and welcomed us with a smile every morning. The breakfast is exceptional, with a very large spread. The bed was large and comfortable. The room was as described (with mini-fridge, kettle, and dresser). We enjoyed using the breakfast room as a communal area to play cards and relax during heavy rains (this room also had the strongest and most reliably wifi). The location was close to restaurants, cafes, and great hiking. All in all, this was a good option if you are looking to be in the center of the tourist options in Cappadocia.

the location 0f the property is in the middle of Goreme town.. just 5 minutes walk from the market.

The staff are amazing. They are ready to help anytime. Room was clean, but dark (which is expected in Cappadocia).

Breakfast could have improved.

They organised an airport transfer for us (€10 p/p). The hotel is situated in a quite area just a couple minutes walk from restaurants. There is a 24 hour reception. The people on the front desk were always very helpful and we booked a couple of activities through them. The room was clean and had a big bed. The shower had plenty hot water. Our room was serviced, which was lovely. There were complimentary bottles of water which were a nice touch. The room was a bit hot but reception gave us controls for the air con in the room. Breakfast included a variety of food (olives, bread, omelette, cheese, chips etc). They kept our bags for us after we checked out. Highly recommend, would stay again.

The only small negative was that the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly. We just put the bin behind the door to keep it closed though.
