A fantastic B&B IN ROBIN HOODS BAY

Everything! The welcome, The building, The facilities, The rooms. The views from the rooms. I liked the fact that the proprietor made us feel extremely welcome and comfortable and made us breakfast to go early in the morning we left.

Perfect!!

Location was perfect!! Claire was so lovely & welcoming, the breakfast options were absolutely great and the bed was one of the comfiest i’ve ever slept in!! Can’t recommend enough, we will definitely be returning :)

Excellent stay

A very warm welcome by Claire, very attentive and helpful.The house beautifully decorated,room spottlessy clean with spectacular view. Lovely breakfast.Great position for the harbour and for the bus stop. Thanks Claire for offering me that mince pie!

Fabulous area to get away & the B&B served a very good comfortable base.

The B&B was a nicely presented period property with lots of character. Nigel & Claire were lovely & always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast choice was well thought out & tasty.

Brilliant time at lee side!

From the get go the hosts were amazing. Greeted at the door with a warm welcome. They couldn't do enough to assist in making your stay as easy and as comfortable as possible. Lee side is situated in an ideal location if you're wanting to see the sights then retreat from the hustle and bustle to a home with spectacular views of the local area. We were amazed each morning at the high standard of breakfast provided. The property itself hosts a large communal front room and a staircase leading up to individual bedrooms. We stayed in a twin room which was very spacious and offered views across the area from the front windows. The beds were cosy and extra blankets were provided incase it was quite a cold night. The bathroom was fully equipped and even provided a few items we didn't think to bring such as hair caps, conditioner and ear buds. The room came with a flat screen tv but we didn't get a chance to watch anything as there's just so much to do. The food was brilliant, plenty on offer. There are plenty of stores locally where you can grab bits of shopping or a newspaper too during the day. Lots of pubs nearby but the closest and best in my opinion is the Victoria which is 5 minutes down the road from lee side. The food is unreal and the entire place just felt friendly and cosy. Can't thank the staff at lee side enough for their brilliant hosting. Can't wait to visit again!

Nothing at all, it was all brilliant. The only downside is how busy areas in robin hoods Bay get. Advise booking tables for food in advance and getting down the beach early for a good spot!

Was greeted by host at the door, shown to my room and offered tea and cake in the lounge. It was very welcoming. The accommodation was up the hill from the beach but within easy walking distance. The room was comfortable and the bathroom really clean. The breakfast was cooked as I waited and was scrumptious. Thank you for a really wonderful night there

Lee-Side is an absolute gem.

A calm oasis and full of character. Huge room and bathroom! Claire was welcoming and a great source of local knowledge. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. We hope to return soon.

We had a lovely stay were made to feel most welcome in a lovely clean and comfortable house.

Brilliant little B & B a lovely building with a lovely warm welcome from Claire on arrival, brilliant room, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was spot on cooked items and or cold items all first class. Would definitely book again to use this as a base to check out the nearby resorts, countryside and places of interest. You could not ask for a nicer couple or venue.

We loved everything about our stay, from the lovely warm welcome to the tasteful decor and super comfy bed. There are good dinner options within walking distance and our included breakfast was delicious
