This property is a valuable gem, it’s very fortunate the owners do such a good job at maintaining this historic building and make it so comfortable. Everything was beyond our expectations, the room was spacious and well furnished, the room and bathroom were perfectly clean, the food is delicious and prepared to order with the most fresh ingredients. The staff is supremely warm and welcoming, you feel really at home in their personal care. It’s a great location, a quiet spot surrounded by other stately homes and beautiful views, it’s a short walk to the charming main road where you can find what you need or grab a taxi for a fast ride to Mall Road. Any future trip to Shimla will certainly bring me back here, highly recommended!

Property is beautiful with spacious rooms, location is just 10 mins walk from mall road and this property is located in extra vvip area next to raj bhawan and CM house. Owners of the property Bhasins are extra sweet and so helpful. Food is tasty fresh and quantity is also good with reasonable rates. I love ❤️ it. Will definitely go back.

friendly atmosphere

It is an exceptional property with beautiful and quiet surroundings, away from the crowded parts but well connected with mall road at the same time. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Shivansh as a host goes above and beyond to take care of all your needs. The staff is helpful too. A great place for a getaway.

Nothing particular. Everything was taken care of. The staff will assist you with everything. You just have to ask.

The property is situated in Chhota Shimla, which is close to Mall Road but not very close making it a quaint and peaceful location to kick back and enjoy the weather. The host is a courteous young lad - Shivansh, who will make sure you feel at home. He was constantly available for our every request. The staff is very polite and humble as well. The property is small albeit grand with an old school British charm to it. It rained during our visit in June and we sat on the porch and enjoyed the pour (pun intended) while we sipped our drinks.

The only thing that I would say is that the rooms could’ve had windows. And that’s me nitpicking.

Well it was very well maintained. Location was perfect, you get to have a really great view from the hotel in the morning staff was really courteous and always ready to help. Infact I called them at 5 AM for some help and they ensured that it is done efficiently. Food was awesome, especially the kahwa drink.
