Cute little cabin next to the river. Saw bald eagles and deer. 500 meters up river is beautiful waterfalls.

Beautiful, comfortable and peaceful location right next to the river. We absolutely loved how private it was, and that our cat could come along. Climate control was fast acting, the shower was nice and hot, and the kitchenette had all we needed, plus the largest mini fridge we have ever seen! The outdoor firepit was a favorite part.

The cabin was pretty much as described. All the heaters kept the cabin cozy and there was a nice stack of firewood for us to use. The cabin is pretty secluded, but it is not the only one on the property. We were the only ones staying in any of the cabins this weekend, so that made it extra special. The towels and blankets were high quality and plush. Even if there were others staying in the other cabins, it would still be a marvelous place to relax and unwind. It is still very private. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip!

At first when you pull in we didn’t expect the cabin to be so close to a few other buildings, the owners home. However it was so cozy and cute! We loved the peacefulness of being on the river! It was the perfect size and gateway! Absolutely stunning views and defiantly worth taking the hike to the back of the property with the picnic table!

Wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. Loved the little cabin. It's, clean, well kept, very quiet location, and close to many attractions. It's right on the Lehigh river. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay!

We loved being right on the water and the cabin was cute and welcoming. Host was nice and friendly. We spent a week and everything was great. The only thing that wasn’t to our liking was the bed but as that is a preference (seems suited to back sleepers as it is very stiff) we just went out and got a 2 inch gel pad which remedied this for us. We would love to stay again especially in other seasons.

The river and surrounding area is great! We loved roaming around and seeing all of the history in such a small area. The cabin is rustic, cozy, and tucked just far enough away that you feel more secluded than you are! Although not part of the rental, we loved the goats!

This spot was perfectly picturesque. It was cozy and quaint. Close to grocery stores, hiking trails and even Lake Harmony. I loved making a fire and sitting outside overlooking the river. So beautiful and peaceful. When it comes to cooking, prepare like you're going camping and just use the grill outside. I made great meals on that grill!

Sand I wanted to have a little getaway weekend following a few hectic months preparing for our wedding. Rather than enduring all the hardships of camping, we decided to look for a cabin in the woods. This was the perfect spot. It was sweet and cozy with almost all the comforts of home and was situated right on the water bank. It was lovely! and convenient to all of our fun activities. Although some if the star ratings were not high it was because of a little confusion at the start. I do highly recommend this place!

Amazing, quiet and peaceful. It is excatly what my boyfriend, dogs and myself needed. Hearing the river run while we were sleeping. Having an awesome fire with the firepit enjoying the outdoors, and also having fun with a small fire with the fireplace. My boyfriend did take our 2 dogs down to the river. My one dog loved it so much, the other one not so much. Our host was very helpful and super kind to us! She answered our texts right away. We will definitely be coming back!

Awesome and cozy little cabin, wish I would’ve been able to get down to the river. The railing on the way down is broken away and there’s a ledge with no way down, still a great quiet setting and we ARE planning to stay again. The “cabin memories” book was a cool little addition!

My husband and I just celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary at the cabin. We stayed here for my birthday back in January and loved it so much, we "had to" come back! It was great to see the property in the spring and warmer weather. We did a lot more exploring this time: trudged down to the water a couple of times, checked out the nearby walking trail, threw a line in for fishing, sat out on the front lawn area and just soaked up the serenity, walked down to the falls (stunning), hung out with the goats, enjoyed fires, naps, reading, peace, and wonderful sleep while hearing nothing but nature. The hosts were INCREDIBLY responsive, helpful, and overly helpful when we had some critter issues and questions. We couldn't have asked for more and we will certainly be back.

The cabin is incredibly cozy and has everything you need. The river is right next to it, along with trees which makes you feel like you’re in a forest. A very pleasant feeling! The only thing is that we had a problem with was finding the cabin in the night. With no lights, it’s hard to spot and the parking is next to another cabin, with a red roof. Then you have to walk a bit to find it. Otherwise, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay!

Property was historic with a great history story! Secluded, private, comfortable! Just what we needed! The guest book was simply the best we had tears in our eyes reading the entries! We cannot wait to use this cabin or another cabin on property again!!

Such a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the scenery. We really enjoyed ourselves and we would recommend this to anyone who enjoys nature and seclusion. Also very close to a grocery store and some lovely restaurants. The hosts are very kind and accomodating too!!
