Located in Pigeon Forge, this lovely entire cabin for $255 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. The Holley Beary Inn is a luxury 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bathroom log cabin located about 1 mile from downtown Pigeon Forge. This charming luxury cabin features a gas log fireplace, a total of 6 TVs and DVD players with one in each room. There is a full sized, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, and espresso machine. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer plus in-ground charcoal cooking grill, and wireless internet. There are 2 king-size and 2 queen-size comfortable beds. A small bunk room with a bunk bed is available for the kids. Cabin is also equipped for the youngest visitors with a pack-n-play portable crib and booster/high chair. For games, there are dominoes, board, and card games, plus a Nintendo Wii Game System! Super convenient and quiet location. High quality inflatable bed is available for loft area to comfortably sleep 2 extra guests. Therefore, the cabin will sleep up to 12. No smoking and no pets please. BTC accepted.

Jul 2021We were overall very pleased with this beautiful cabin. The size and location (even though it’s more in a residential neighborhood) were a perfect fit for our family. We still had plenty of peace and privacy, but still close to the action. The cabin was well stocked and we only had a few minor issues that the owner was very responsive to. We would definitely come back again!

Jul 2022We stayed with our adult children and their children. There were nine of us. There was plenty of space. The kitchen is fully stocked , making cooking like home. Very close to all attractions. I would definitely rent her again. We had an awesome week!

It is in a great location of downtown, has plenty of room for large groups and would be a great cabin to bring kids. We will definitely be staying here again. #fallrodrun2020

Oct 2021We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as described. It was just far enough off the parkway to be private, but only a few miles to everything we wanted to do. We will definitely return to this property on our next trip to Pigeon Forge.

We had plenty of room and the beds were very comfortable.
We would stay there again.

Oct 2021Very neat and clean, beautifully decorated. A few minor things need repaired/fixed, and a fe light bulbs were burned out with no replaements in sight, but nothing that made our stay unpleasant. Eight couples stayed here and had a wonderful time. Also, very close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Dec 2019This was a great cabin for three moms and four youth for a church youth conference. The location was wonderful- close to the conference center. We had a great stay, and we hope to go back again next year!

Sep 2019This property was PERFECT! The cabin was clean, beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed for our girls trip.
The coffee bar was a hit! So nicely done. And the hot tub was relaxing. We played PAC MAN and sat on the porch A LOT. :-)
The location of the cabin was great too! You could be on the Parkway in less than 10 minutes. I will defiantly be going back!

Feb 2020This is our second time staying at Holley Beary - very nice property, plenty of room to spread out and a great location. Close enough to be convenient but away from the crowd. The property is well stocked with everything you might need. I highly recommend staying if your travels bring you to PF. The kids want to move in!

Knowing the area we were able to bypass the traffic going to our favorite restaurant in Sevierville and get around quickly. The home worked great for our family of 8 and we enjoyed our stay. Very quiet location

Dec 2019This cabin was the perfect size for our family. We had 5 adults and 2 teenagers. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking— not with just utensils , pots & pans but also with things like paper towels, napkins, condiments, wraps, etc. All of us enjoyed playing the older video games, from the 12 year old to the ones in their 60s. The only complaint I have is that the hot water heater did not support the number of people/ bathrooms the cabin had. We had to stagger showers because could only do about 2 back to back.

Aug 2020This cabin is beautiful. Located close to the parkway. Hot tub was clean and working. The rooms were perfect for our couples retreat with a king or queen size bed in each room. The check in key code process could have been explained a little more in the check in notes but my husband figured it out. Over all we would definitely stay here again!

Nov 2020The property was beautiful the living room of the cabin was perfect especially the warm gas logs after getting out of the hot tub. The rooms were very spacious and bed very comfortable. The swing on the porch was peaceful and relaxing. We definitely would love to stay here when we come back and have more time to enjoy it even more.

Mar 2021The pictures are framed well, but this is cabin built in a standard neighborhood. As long as you aren’t looking for mountain views, scenic settings, or babbling creeks, then this will work. Due to being in a neighborhood, we weren’t tempted to do any porch sitting.
It was definitely a nice place to crash, but we were disappointed by it not being a place we wanted to stay at.

Nov 2022The home needs some TLC. Unsteady hand rails on front entrance bbq pit had to be cleaned before use I’ll equipped with kitchen pans and silverware dirty mattress covers thrown in closet towel racks & toilet need attention as well as hand rail going down stairs.
