Spacious Mountain Cabin Perfect for Relaxing
Situated in Pigeon Forge, this lovely cabin for $913 per night is a great option for your next vacation. The new owners of Mayberry hope you enjoy the new floors and updates throughout. The owner is so excited for Christmas they decorated early! Come enjoy an early Christmas celebration at Mayberry! Die-hard fans of the “Andy Griffith Show” will feel at home at “Mayberry ” as will anyone who wishes for a brief return to the times when life was simple and carefree! Although you won’t likely run into Barney, Aunt Bee, or Opie, you will enjoy this Pigeon Forge cabin’s spacious layout spanning three levels with luxury accommodations for up to 10 people. Each of the three bedrooms is on a separate floor with its bath and satellite TV, so privacy is easy to come by in “Mayberry.” Two of the bedrooms are opulent master suites with a bedside Jacuzzi. You’ll also find two pull-out sleeper sofas and an additional half bath giving your family and friends plenty of space. The great room features a 47” HDTV VCR and DVD player perfect for relaxing evenings after enjoying the attractions of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg (which are just three short miles from the “Mayberry”). Coming together in your log cabin for meals is a breeze, with a fully-equipped kitchen grill on the deck and plenty of seating. Aunt Bee would be proud (and probably quite jealous)! You can also enjoy a game on the pool table, and foosball table shuffles board table, and arcade while you watch your favorite shows on the satellite TV or listen to music on the CD stereo in “Mayberry’s” game room. Located in Bear Creek Crossing Resort a gated luxury vacation rental resort in Pigeon Forge, “Mayberry” includes access to both an indoor and outdoor pool and a miniature golf course. MAYBERRY RENTAL OCTOBER 2016
1. overall pretty clean although we had to buy bathroom cleaner and clean entire bathroom on 1st floor bedroom.
2. Kitchen needs more than 1 dish towel and cloth.
3. 2 garbage bags not enough for a week's stay.
4. Reported propane tank empty for gas grill & it was replaced within 30 minutes!
5. Reported 2 lights out above kitchen sink to the left and was never replaced.
6. Fan does not work at all for the stove. The light above it was out and it was replaced in 2 days.
7. Kitchen 1/2 bath commode does not flush unless you use a lot of power. It will break. Reported but never repaired.
8.Kitchen needs bottle opener.
9. Toilet is leaking on floor in 1st floor bedroom bath. Grout always wet.
10. No lighting for porch around gas grill outside. Had to use flashlight.
11. Location was not ideal as view was of the highway and not on top of the mountain.
12. Very narrow winding dangerous roads were a turnoff. Would not come back here.
13. Wanted a better view of the mountains. Will choose higher up location next visit.

Perfect Wedding Location
I rented this cabin for my family to stay in and have my wedding reception at. It was perfect!!! And an extra thank you to Tiffanie, for all the help and set up for the wedding and making sure all my guests were happy and comfortable! We can't wait till we come back!

I thought the place was charming with a clever theme. We enjoyed our stay and found the cabin very accommodating for the most part.

Beautiful
Mayberry is a beautiful cabin and we just love the Wear's Valley area. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer. Eden Crest makes checking in and out a breeze!

Mayberry was a great cabin. We would have loved to have stayed in the cabin for most of our trip, but there's so much to do in town. It is secluded enough to get the feel of being in the Smokies, but close enough to town to get to the Parkway quickly.

Me,my husband and some friends stayed at in the Mayberry Cabin. The cabin was in great. We all loved how it looked. Everybody had they own privacy. I'm looking forward to come back again and stay in a smaller one.

my granddaughter was getting married in Gatlinburg and this cabin was a perfect place for the whole family that was attending to stay. We enjoying it so much we are hoping to return again next spring.

Wedding in the mountains
My group didn't have time to enjoy the many attractions of the area. Our visit was not long enough. It was very helpful to be able to cook at the cabin and relax. Would like to come back at a later time to enjoy everything the area offers.

2017 family weekend
My husband and I come every year to Dollywood this time we brought our daughter and son in law we were a little disappointed with our stay but we had a fabulous time at Dollywood the first night the air wasn't working downstairs we called Maintenence he came quickly done something with thermostat it didn't fix the problem we were out all day so we wasn't at the cabin during the day got home wasn't cool the light or fan didn't work over stove the ice maker had ice but front didn't work you had to dip ice out by hand. The biggest concern was the front door didn't lock when lock turned so only had the chain lock which someone outside could open door enough to get there hand in to open door

Mayberry
Not as clean and user friendly as other places we have stayed. No coffee filters, carpet stains, broken toaster, no golf balls. Got new toaster late next day as well as golf balls. We picked this area thinking kids could golf if got bored or swim, but no balls until last day of stay and pool area dark...did not want to stay. Not that you can control, but movie rental place was closed for power outage...this was something else we wanted to use if kids were bored. Nothing seemed to really come together with this experience like in past with rentals from other companies.

A great weekend getaway!
Our rental was fabulous! Very very nice and extremely clean. We needed to prepare some food while we were there and it had every kitchen essential we needed. It was close to the entrance , so pretty easy to find, although it wasn't very high in the mountain, so not the greatest view. We had a wonderful time, and if we were to go back again, would love to stay in the same cabin.

Overall most things exceeded our expectations. We've stayed in the Mayberry for several years now. The only negative is the sofas could stand to be replaced. But a very enjoyable stay overall .... again.

Overall my stay at the Mayberry was lovely. If I had any complaints it would be the carpets were severely stained, the bedding was dated, the pillows provided were beyond gross, and some furniture needs to overall be replaced. We made the best of our stay and would return to a different cabin hopefully one a little more clean.

Family Christmas 2016
Overall really liked the cabin. The cabin was very spacious and pretty! Lots to do in the game room. The only dissappoint was the attention to detail was lacking. Sparsely decorated and the only Christmas decoration was a tattered wreath going to the basement. It was December and we ask was there a tree before we went and the answer was "I believe so". There were several other things like the curtains were all askew on the rods or hanging down in the center, a broken urn on the entrance of the porch, leftover rubber stuck to the floor in the basement bathroom in front of the sink and shower. There were not any blankets for the sleeper sofas of which we utilized. Luckily my children did bring a blanket each with them. Again it was December.... Fireplaces, microwave and a few other things not working properly. The toilet off of the dining area leaked and the last night it rained and the roof leaked in the upstairs bedroom into the chair. Had to put a trashcan under the leak to catch the water. It is small things like this that need attention. When someone pays $700 to stay 2 nights, you expect better quality in the details.

Great Weekend Getaway
Overall the Cabin is more than what we expected. Plenty of space and didn't need to bring much from home as far as kitchen untensils we concerned. The only recommendation I have is that a monthly pest control maintenance be done as we had some univited bugs(roaches) in our cabin when returning from a day out of shopping. Other than that we loved and wnjoy our stay there.

Christmas Getaway
Overall, the experience was good. The cabin was decorated very festive and made you feel right at home. Enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. However, Cabin infested with lady bugs and stink bugs. Extermination required. While we experienced unusually warm weather during our stay, we could never get the temperature in the cabin to a comfortable level. Cleanliness of floors were poor. Wood floors and carpets require deep cleaning. Spent time in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Paula Deans Family Restaurant.

Pro: 2 very large master bedrooms and bathrooms plus a good size main level bedroom, 2 hot tubs, location close to the parkway, indoor and outdoor pools, mattresses appeared newer, furniture nice condition.

Really enjoyed staying at The Mayberry. Very clean, well stocked. Loved the fact had a pic of the owners, seemed right to know who was providing this place, they did a great job decorating. Bed was very comfortable. Honestly have not one thing negative to say. Perfect place to spend your money on.

Ladies Weekend!
Rented the cabin Mayberry for 2 nights..for a Girls Weekend, there was 6 of us, and we all enjoyed our cabin tremendously.Only had a small problem with ants around the kitchen sink. We would certainly stay here again!

Staying at Mayberry was delightful. There were only a couple of problems with the cabin. 1. There are Japanese Beetles behind the beds, I dropped something. 2. The thermostat needs further instructions. One night my son woke up in a sweat in the basement becasue the heat had turned up to 80.
Over all, it is in a nice location, very safe for two ladies(mother and grandmother) traveling with a child, great for families, perfect for to unload and load your veheicle.
Our family will definitely stay there again.

Nice cabin
The cabin is nice. When we walked in the laundry was still on the steps. We moved it out of the way but not what you want to walk into. Also it is super close to the next cabins. Love that it is a pet friendly cabin but there is no yard for the dogs to play in. The cabin has two hot tubs but only one worked. We enjoyed playing pool and shuffleboard. Love that we all had a big bed and our own bathroom.
