comfortable rooms at genuine price. thumbs-up!

I have been to Goa 3 times and stayed at the little nest all the times. Cyril uncle is a great host and his family is also very welcoming . Ganesh bhaiya is a great help as well. The location is right near mandrem beach and rooms are quite comfortable and very clean.

Clean and big room, everything we needed

We really loved this place! The room is big and super clean, our room had a really huge terrace which was great. Wifi in the room is strong and fast. The room had really everything we needed. Hot shower, airconditioning (we didn't use because it was not necessary in November). We stayed here 1 week. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. The location is awesome. We choosed for Mandrem because it's more quiet than Arambol, but only a short scooter ride away. In the street of this hotel are some good restaurants and some supermarkets. We stayed in North-Goa before but we never had such a good hotel. Price-quality is really good. When we come back to Goa we definitely will stay here again.

The space

I was not able to locate the dustbin. I had to leave early in the morning so I asked same to the person who is there at night. He told me that you can leave room as per your wish just leave room open. So I did the same then the guy calling me that one pillow is missing from the room. Also the website is showing the charges as 1800 and they asked me to pay 1800+ 215 = 2015. It has to be more indicative on website itself. How much I have to pay at check-in or checkout, what soo ever.

Rooms are spacious, superbly cleaned, well maintained. In this price range, it kills with facilities. You will get Bikes for rent with very reasonable price. Location is best part, very easy to locate, on tye main road. 2-5 mins of walk from beach. Next to your hotel lots of options for food, drink and shopping. And Cyril, the host is super cool guy. Will help you whatever you ask.

Very good hotel & superb staff...

Gentleman owner with very calm & good natured staff. And rooms are very neat & clean. Just to say the hotel is far away from Baga/Calangute Beaches. But that's not a drawback bcoz there's beach nearby the hotel in walking distance. This I'm saying bcoz don't judge this is nearby those famous beaches. Otherwise all are good & we enjoyed the stay.
